Is it normal to not get the Tali/Legion confrontation if you reveal what Tali's father was doing to the council and don't obtain her loyalty if she's mad at you...or is this a bug?...cause I didn't get the confrontation scene.

It is normal. Reavealing what her father did goes against Tali's wishes. She sees it as a betrayal and therefore is not loyal. Because she is not loyal, you do not get the confrontation with Legion. To keep this on topic, What do you think Kaidan would do in the case of Tali's trial? would he reveal what her father did or keep it secret?

You know, I'm honestly not sure what Kaidan would have done. I guess I can see him revealing the evidence. I can't picture him covering up something of that magnitude.

Yep, I was a bit dissapointed since I wanted to side with Legion to get back at her for being an ungrateful b*tch.stephee wrote...

I can't say for certain but between Ash and Kaidan he's the meeker of the two and would less likely risk a confrontation. But does he hold a higher post?

Kinda agree with this...except for breaking regulations and going along with Shep in taking the Normandy he's pretty much by the book and plays by the rules. And I guess you can also take into account about how he might feel at being kept in the dark about Shep's being alive...probably sees keeping things in the dark as a bad idea in the long run.
Anyhow...thanks guys for the Tali/Legion info.;)Appreciate it.
And Happy 2012...everybody prepared for the reaper invasion:D

To my justification for Kaidan keeping evidence I'd point on Rachni situation: the main message from Kaidan about this situation is "it's not our place to decide such things". He neither support killing queen off (noble intentions: prevent genocide) nor fully accepts just letting her go and do who knows that (backfiring side of noble intentions). Same with quarians - they aren't right about Morning War or experiments on Alarei, and surely families deserve to know all truth (noble intentions). But at the same time reveal of such evidence will likely let part of quarians say "Alarei was just a beginning, now we should continue this research and retake homeworld" (backfiring side of noble intentions).
About "peace with geth" I think main motivation will be catastrophic losses among not-so-modern quarian fleet, if they will get involved in war with geth.

Yeah, I was thinking that Shepard was probably the only one he'd ever do anything like that for. In that situation, he saw the greater good, so he went along with it.

About quarians and evidence: I think
Kaidan would initially hide the evidence (paragon/renegade persuasion)
and simultaneously advocate for peace with geth; then approach
Zaal'Koris and drop hints about Rael'Zorah really conducting brutal
experiments on geth (maybe early journal logs from Alarei) and Daro'Xen
knowing about and supporting this.
Except that it would serve his purposes better to show the evidence. He's not as persuasive as Shep, so I don't think we can apply Shep's ability to paragon/renegade the admirals during the trial. I believe he would want peace with war looming, and the best way to get allies for the war is to make sure the quarians don't wipe themselves out against the geth.

I wanted to replay through ME and ME2 but I don't think I'll have time...would it be completely horrible if I just started like a "4th" playthrough of my cannon in ME and loaded her up separately in ME2...just to get a reminder of all the choices I made, without needing the time to properly level? I'm seriously feeling lazy about the whole thing >.<
