I tried using Kasumi once but she kept dying so once her loyalty mission is done she gets to twiddle her thumbs on the ship. In fact I never used Samara or Zaeed apart from their loyalty missions either. I tend to stick with a combination of Grunt, Miranda, Thane, or Jacob for my main team.

My ME3 team will probably be Kaidan and James most of the time.

Kaidan and Liara for me in ME3...that was my team in ME1...I like the all biotic team....I have mixed it up and used Samara and Jack before...closest I could get to my ME1 team but alas it still was not the same without Kaidan:(

My team in ME1 was always either Kaidan and Wrex or Kaidan and Garrus (but that was before I got PO'd with him, lol).  I won't use Liara, Tali, or Garrus unless the game railroads me into using them.  I don't like Samara so she pretty much doesn't get used and I tried using Jack on missions other than her loyalty mission and she kept dying.  I do use Mordin occasionaly.

I never had a set team in ME2 like I did in ME1 and it will be interesting to see if we'll be able to have one in ME3.  All I know is that if Kaidan is a squaddie he's definitely my first pick, lol.

Yeah...I remember that line...Jack grew on me too...Zaeed really has a lot of great lines as well...I chose him mostly because he was pretty heavy duty in combat and fit with the Femshep I was roleplaying at the time. I even let the factory workers die in that playthrough but I can say that my renegade is an absolute b*tch...a xenophobe that loves bloodshed and encourages her crew to shoot first ask questions later.

Did that playthrough mostly to just see where the renegade options go in ME3 but I have to be honest...it wasn't easy to play....hard for me to make some of those choices...everything seemed so cruel...it's one positive thing I can say about DA2...the more aggressive options in that game didn't seem so hateful and when you mixed it up with the humorous ones it could actually be fun at least in my opinion. Wish Shepard had a more humorous option but the middle one is just neutral.

I used Wrex and Ash a few times in my first couple of playthroughs...never really used Tali or Garrus much at all...it was about my third playthrough when I started using Liara and Kaidan almost exclusively...be looking forward to getting them back in ME3. And if we get a bunch of quests like LOTSB where we can only get one pick...like you I'm going with Kaidan.

I have twin Sheps  One is Lia (paragon mostly) and other is Lily (renegade mostly) Lilly did let the factory workers burn and she also let the hostages die to kill Balak in BDTS(Bring down the sky) I felt soooo bad but hey Lily has to be different. I still haven't killed the Rachni queen which I should. Maybe another playthrough?

The last time i played not counting this playthrough i chose Udina cause Anderson complained about it b4.. BUT even after i chose Udina he still wasnt happy so i am playing it again and just gonna stick with Anderson!

My set team in ME was Kaidan and Liara and ME2 Tali cause i love her drone and Grunt for muscle!

So i was looking around today for some more Femshep fans and found this website!! I am inlove with these videos right now.. not cause Kaidan is in them.. although that is always a plus but because of the amazing quality!

I like the first one for quality i cant imagine how long it took to make that and the 2nd link is just sooo wonderful! There is a scene where you die at the beginning and you see Ash in Heaven! if only they actually added that in the game that woulda been wonderful! Im sure you will all love them!

Totally agree...It's all you need when taking out husks.

Singularity works great too, before i used Vanguard which is my fav now i was an Adept, id throw Singularity down infront of me and it would just suck them all up! Never got hit once using that!

Edit: about husks. I prefer Incinerate Wave / Inferno Grenade or Inferno Grenade / Neural Shock, when squadmates are dealing with it.

I'm rubbish at playing games so when I played as an adept I never used singularity because I could never hit a target with it.. When I play LotSB I have Liara using it left and right because it works fine when I use it with her but for Jane I couldn't catch anybody in it. For shockwave I always forget to use it. I spend too much effort worrying about getting their armor down first and by then, when I can use it, I forget it's there and finish them off with a squadmate's power or my shotgun+improved cryo ammo.  Thane and Mordin have become my ideal anti-husk team. I always make things more difficult than they are. lol

My first couple of times through ME1 I used Kaidan and Garrus, this last time I started using Kaidan and Wrex as my main team. Those guys made carnage of everyone. I have no idea how this permanent vs. temporary squadmate thing will be done but I hope to use those two again as much as possible.

lol don't guess that dream team will be happening.

I got hit with another computer virus:blink:...I seem to be a magnet for these things for some reason...avg caught it but it still did something to my PC...did a system restore and everything seems to be working okay except for Firefox...it's dead...my husband's gonna love that...he uses it for global warfare. Probably have to do a reinstall.

Husk bowling with shockway is my favorite!  Vanguard might be my favorite class.
I'm also a huge fan of Reave/Dominate as bonus powers for my non-biotic Sheps.

Might be a stupid question, but do we know what types of powers Kaidan will have in 3, will they all have a unique one?

Also, whoever's read the script will Kaidan's Biotics/headaches/implants come into the storyline at all? i.e. more significantly that in 1. Please DM in case others don't want to know at all. - The lovely Issac Shepard has now answered my question
