I've been going back and forth on which playthrough I'm going to use first. On my very first playthrough I romanced Kaidan, then Garrus in ME2. Normally I would use my first playthrough again for ME3 but I REALLY don't want to break Kaidan's heart and I could never break it off with Garrus. For this reason, I've actually been considering using my Kaidan faithful playthrough for my first ME3 playthrough.
What about everyone else? Which playthroughs are you using?

And they got to talking, and wound up with a 15-minute chat.

The last thing that i want for Kaidan and Ashley is for them to have the exact same backstory since Virmire. They are 2 different characters and deserve to be treated as such. It does kind of scare me that the voice actors consider Kaidan and Ashley as 2 versions of one character though.Raphael: Kimberly, you and I have known each other a long time, I mean, just from walking in and out of rooms and having a similar agent, and from just sort of the world of voiceover. well that's good to know. I'm glad that they are different characters. As for spectre status, Bioware let that spoiler loose when they show parts of the game at E3. i don't think you'll have to worry about being banned.mineralica wrote...

stephee and minerallca: I wouldn't be worried. Kimberly just really meant Kaidan and Ashley can be involved with the Shepards, each had a Horizon letter, that sort of thing.
Kaidan Fan: Um, well, they did it yesterday but had to wait to announce it because I was busy splitting up the audio files? So, uh, yes. Twas fate!
