As for the Thresher Maws i found they arent that hard, just keep moving never stop and i can take them down easy!! I did all the missions in ME1 and 2 i just make sure i check every planet! Wham Bam all done! I think ima play again and make another character, just not too sure how i want to play her.. my shepard now is faithful and paragon.. any ideas on how i should play the other shepard...

See the one thing stopping me is ME2.. ME1 is so easy to play i love it but ME2 just seems like actual work you know! lol

I actually found a "glitch" of sorts for Maws. They always appear in flat plains on planets, with slopes surrounding them. If you park on one of the slopes, just out of reach of the Maw's attacks, he can't come up under you (the reason I died so often) and he'll reappear in the spawn spot closest to you every time he goes underground. But I'm sure you guys know that already!

So, what's everyone up to on this fine day?

Yeah, try romancing someone else :)  You might feel guilty, but it sure makes playing the game more enjoyable!  I'm sure Kaidan will take you back if you really want that in ME3.

Also try more renegade options.  Renegade dialogue can be hilaaaarious.

I only have three levels to go before I reach 60, but this is my third playthrough on my Shep. I missed so much stuff both times through in ME and she's going to have a perfect playthrough ready for ME3. Or else. haha.

Chaotic Evil Renegade, 2nd playthrough, just finished Therum (straight after Citadel), 57th level. It's soo much fun to be Chaotic Evil with party of (not renegaded) Kaidan and Liara - it's the only party which agrees to do good things everytime. Two little biotic angels.

Oh, this character was fun anyways. "You, Lieutenant, and you damned puppy eyes right behind my back! Why I've helped those biotics again!" - "Me?.."

Quick question (sorry that it's not Kaidan related) - So I'm playing through ME for the second time as a soldier. The first time, I was an infiltrator, so I could hack electronics. This time, I can't. Does that mean that the missions I got in the first playthrough by hacking computers can't be had by a soldier Shep? Also, do I miss out on collecting some of the medals on planets because my "electronics skill is too low"?

You need to level up one of your squadies who has electronics/decryption and then they have to be with you if you want to use their skills to hack something.

How in the hell did some of you get to 60!!! What do you have to do?? Highest I got to was 54

You can't get to 60 on one playthrough. New Game + is required, that's all. 54 is still quite respectable for one run.

I'm curious: If you go back in and replay one of your Sheps..does ME count it as a new game? As in when I import that lvl 60 over to ME2 will some of my previous choices be lost? Or will it just continue and be one giant playthrough?

when you start new game plus. it creates a completely new save for your shepard. the choices you made in the last save with that shepard will not be included. you'll have to make them again to be included in the import.

Yep, that's what you do! IIRC, you go to "New Game" in the main menu, and it'll give you the options Quick Start FemShep, Quick Start Sheploo, Custom FemShep, Custom MaleShep, and below (or above) those will be Imported Shep. You click on that, and choose which of your completed Shepards you want to replay, starting at the level you left off at with all your money and weapons (Can't remember for sure on the latter). None of your choices carry over except the origin and service history.


Edit: Oops, I responded to your pre-edit question. As for your post edit question, I was referring to ME1 Just FYI, ME2's level cap is 30 and that can be obtained on your first playthrough, as opposed to ME1's level 60 cap that takes 2-3 playthroughs.
