Did anyone get the Game Informer? I read a the article of ME 3, and Kaidan get hurt, but I think it will be like Garrus, after Garrus got hurt he was back in action and the article didn't say much of anything beside the modes.

when cerberus played puzzlegame with shep's body the alliance didn't really let joker fly, so i say they must have known each other a bit longer and it was just shepard who joined later. on the other hand, i always wondered why would anderson be so sure that the entire crew would follow shep to hell when he's forced to resign and then when they're stealing the normandy if she was so new there x) oh well, must be her persuasive magnetism, even when she's behaving like the ****iest **** alive ;D

and about our second beloved spectre possible mission - wow, never heard that particular news and i'm always trying to listen them all, thanks for sharing

I heard about that. I'm hoping either a) it's like Garrus or the VS is only out for one mission.

...Otherwise I'm probably going to be sad because I want as much Kaidan in my game as possible.

...Since it's untagged already, IIRC, that particular mission is near the beginning and only decommissions the VS for a few levels. Hence BW's claim that there are no "permanent" squadmates.

I'm gonna stop lurking in this thread. I like the discussions here, which is why I drop in. But lately, every time I come in here, I read something spoilerly.

Yes, i know its minor, and in Game Informer, but I've been avoiding the press about this game for a reason, and I'm probably not the only one.

Please, guys, be careful what you post. Or at least add a spoiler tag or something. Please?

I was under the impression that Shepard was assigned to the Normandy specifically to be evaluated by Nihlus to see if Shepard could be first human spectre. Eden Prime wasn't just any oridnary mission that is why Nihlus was there and what better way to evulate Shepard than give him/her a risky mission. So I agree with others that shep didn't know anyone. I thought Shepard was just brought on board for Nihlus to evaluate Shepard performance. Normandy just happened to be the ship. Afterwards when Shepard became a spectre Normandy was given to Shepard cause he/she needed a ship.

About Spoilers I think most of us try really hard not to say anything but there is a warning on page one of the OP that sometimes people might slip. Sorry if we ruined anything for you.

About T-shirts...I doubt they will ever give us anything Kaidan or Ashley. Which kinda really irritates me. Especially if they have a omiblade shirt??!!! Wow they could of used that for Kaidan or Ashley...*sigh*

Now I should go take something for this migraine:crying:

You know, while I appreciate that some people are trying to avoid spoilers, I find it pretty ridiculous that we cannot discuss information about Kaidan that has been released (not from the leaked stuff) in magazines or through official channels. So basically the only thing we can do in this thread is speculate on what we want to happen, discuss Horizon for the bajillionth time, and post pics.

I never said not to discuss spoilers, please do. Discuss them all you want. I was just requesting courtesy for fellow fans via spoiler tags.  I don't think i was rude about it either. If i came across that way, I apologize.

I don't think asking for a spoiler tag when one is mentioned is unreasonable or ridiculous, however.

Hey guys, de-lurking for the first time, this thread rocks The art on this thread is amazing, serious kudos to all the artists! Also, the fanfic list on the first page is all splendid, I love reading other people's ideas on how Shep and Alenko develop their relationship.

I ran away for a while when spoilers appeared then came back - I figure since I was late to the series it'll never be as bad as coming in late to an established series! And my love for ME1 and 2 on subsequent playthroughs has not diminished even though I knew the plot. But yes, spoiler tags are a good idea.

I only started ME1 back in September and since then have done 3 complete ME1-ME2 playthroughs and one genesis + ME2... I'm pacing the floor waiting for ME3, I may have to do another run through - I need my husband to play it at least once so he knows what I'm babbling on about every evening, but I would have to buy more copies because I just cannot relinquish my gaming rig!

Latest Bioware Pulse intimated that interesting CES news about Kinect would be cool.. well, the only thing of note regarding Kinect was Kinect for Windows... Kinect + windows + ME3 would rock! Mind you I might end up with very funny looks waving arms around while wearing my headset late at night, shouting "Kaidan, get behind that crate!" - though more amusing would be Kinect in other non-combat situations. "Kaidan - a little higher - yeah that's about it - now liiiiift....."

It's only speculation but they think it could be Kei Leng?? Kei Leng would make the most sense to me. I'm pretty sure TIM wants Kei Leng to know where Shep is always. That would be my guess as well but who knows really.

Re t-shirts and hoodies - check out cafepress.com (or cafepress.co.uk in the UK) - they don't have anything with Kaidan either but they do have lots of stuff with Systems Alliance, N7, Normandy etc logos (plus tops for some of the other characters).

Jacqui - how about getting a Kaidan hoodie printed, signed by Raphael Sbarge and put on ebay in aid of Green Wish?

Kai Leng, I think - there should be the way to introduce him for people who didn't read ME books, and this scene may be the first of it. BTW I don't recall seeing this scene in script, so it may be the newest addition.

What infuriates me about this article is that person can have Kaidan in party and don't check his skillset. Or he had checked and just didn't tell us:ph34r:

Bored!!!! Geez one of those nights plus no news of Kaidan. Demo with Femshep better have Kaidan or I will be disappointed to say the least. It seems the closer a game gets to releasing the more impatient I become.

I say I'm totally unimpressed with news about demo release date (here), but I hope the closer it will be to release date, the more promotional info we will get, so let's just hope Kaidan won't be left behind.

Currently I'm waiting for Kingdoms of Amalur demo and that new armor, then maybe news from recent conference, new Invasion comic... promotional coverage is pretty nice itself.

I think that release date is probably fake.
