was it definitely confirmed that it would be hawke, and not perhaps another prtagonist? B'cause I remember reading it would be "Not likely" that the next protagonist is gonna be hawke.

You guys have probably seen the infamous rickroll video. Is Rick Astley's dance not the Kaidan dance?

Wow, that is spot on. Creepy.

Off topic, but, I'm pretty sure DA3 is going to have new protagonist.

And I know I'm a little late to the party here.... but Alistair?! Squee. I might geek out and get those comic books. I really enjoyed The Calling (and The Stolen Throne). Better than the ME novels, imo. I'm glad they're going back to the Alistair story they hinted at there. And I do hope that DA3 gets back to the consequences of the Dark Ritual ending. And also that they go back to his appearance in DA:O. Because, ugh, even the royal version of Alistair looked like a drunk. Leliana's the only one who survived the translation. But I digress....

Kaidan's favorite sammich? I'm gonna go with something quirky like peanut butter and bananas. Reminds him of childhood, and has protein and potassium.

Finally, that demo's got to be on it's way in the next two weeks. It just has to.

Well, I think KoA has downloaded by now, so I'll go check that out now.

I am glad that Alistair is my favourite character in DA becuase the lead writers favs always get attention. It's the same with Liara in ME. Edit: anyone knows if the Reckoning demo is out in europe as well? I see it here on my TV but seems like I can't download it D:

Wow, I go off to play ME2 for the day, and I come back to like three pages of Kaidan goodness.  Catching up...

Couple of pages back someone asked for a good, cheap game to pass the time.  I just got Assassin's Creed at Gamestop for like $7. I've been alternating playing that with ME2, and it's definitely made the time go by faster.

@ Kaidan's favorite type of sandwich: I second the peanut butter and banana, just add a bit of honey. I see him more of a nutritional guy because of his biotics, though I could totally picture him just making himself a hasty ham and cheese after a long day at work.

@ Shenko reunion: As much as I hate angst, I know that there are still some things that Shep and Kaidan need to work out before they can live happily ever after.  In my case, the faster they can work out their issues, the better. I've waited too damn long for him, and I just want him by my side, damn it!

@ Alistair: For some strange reason, I really couldn't get into DA as I have with ME. I romanced Alistair and just loved him to bits, but Kaidan will always be my first love.

@ talented Kaidanites: You guys are amazing! I wish I had the kind of talent to draw, knit, or create plushies. Ya'll are awesome!

Edit: @ KOA demo: Can't wait to get out of work to download this. I went back and checked all my Game Informers because I totally missed their preview of this game. I guess it just didn't capture my attention, but, hey, free stuff!  Really interested to see how the game plays out.

I'm at work and it's taken me like 30 minutes just to write this message so I'm sure I missed something. I'll come back and edit to cover everything else I missed.

Alistair comic!? I will join you in the squeeing. I love Alistair! Now I have to go and pick up all of the DA novels and this new comic. I've read all the ME ones, and if the DA ones are better, then Hooray!

I've been spending my time waiting for ME3 by finishing up 2 of my ME2 playthroughs. And playing Skylanders with/for my son. But I do plan on downloading the Kingdoms of Amalur demo when I get home. I was going to do that before the ME3 tie-in anyway.

Also, putting Kaidan in a suit and that 56 Corvette together = the best potential James Bond ever. Love it!
