I was just thinking to myself, 'Man, I should really get one of those,' but the BioWare store is, like, completely empty. Maybe they're making room for some sweet new ME3 gear. *cough*kaidanspectrehoodie*cough*Chiantirose1982 wrote...

The N7 hoodie isn't on the store anymore? Funny that I just put mine on, then came into the topic and saw you guys discussing it

Meh, I'm never growing up, I'm having too much funI sometimes jog home after walking my son to school wearing my big walking boots and heavy winter coat imagining I'm Shepard running through the citadel in her armor....
This made me laugh because it's similar to what I do. When I run on my treadmill, I imagine I'm Shepard running around on a mission and I have Kaidan and Garrus with me. Then I imagine there are some evil dudes like the Vorcha or Batarians or super scary husks running after us, so I have to run really fast to find some cover. Imagining all this makes my workout go by so much faster and it actually makes me run for a longer amount of time without getting tired. Sometimes I also pretend I'm Hawke from DA2 or other characters from books like Kahlan from the Sword of Truth series.
So yeah....I never want to grow up either. I'm 26 and I've loved playing games since I was little thanks to my brothers. I can still remember the excitement of going with my brother to toy r'us to pick up the new Nintendo 64
All the workers at my local GameStops are very nice and always approach me asking if I need help. Sometimes they even annoy me because I'm only browsing and taking my time and they constantly come up asking if I'm still doing ok. But they have never ignored me or made me feel like I'm not supposed to be there so I'm thankful for that.
Oh and I played the KoA demo yesterday and I loved it. It reminded me so much of Fable which I love. I was sad when my timer ended.
Then after much thinking and pondering, I have decided that I won't play the ME3 demo because I want to be totally and completely surprised on March 6. I practically don't know any spoilers about it so I guess I want to keep it that way eventhough that means I will have to wait for my Kaidan until March.
But if you play the demo, will it award you items for ME3?
....sorry for the really long post

I also somtimes imagine that I am Shepard when I'm running. Especially when it's really tough and up-hill, I find it helpful to think that I am Shepard in training for the Alliance or in the middle of a fight. And sometimes when I watch the stars at night I like to think that Shep is somewhere up there with Garrus and Kaidan and all the rest, travelling and fighting bad guys. I'm a bit of a child
Regarding the game stores I just avoid them altogether. I just feel so out of place there when all the costumers are teenage boys, it's like they're all wondering what the h*ll I, a 30 year old woman, am doing there. I prefer to get my games as downloads on the internet anyway, I'm great with scratching and losing DVDs.
I've also played video games my entire life...The Commodore 64, the Amiga 500, the NES and the PC with Monkey Island, Doom, Wolf3d... I remember playing Alone in the Dark with my best friend on the computer when I was a kid, shooting zombies and screaming, it was so much fun.

I hope the N7 hoodie comes back I wanted one but couldn't afford it because of the holidays and all. :S
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does that. Seriously, sometimes it's the only way I get to the gym. Y'all make me feel better about myself.mayrabgood wrote...

God i envy you so much, i'd kill for N7 hoodie and a tank top, but the shipping is too insane, it would all cost me a half of my monthly rent >_<

I also have a T-shirt that you can't actually buy anywhere, not even in the Bioware Store. I got it from the staff at the ME3 Booth at GameFest last year. Its got the N7 logo on the front and has Mass Effect 3 on the back. Last I checked none of the t-shirts in the Bioware store actually have the ME3 logo on the back, or anywhere.
And yes, could you tell I'm very proud? xD

I haven't beat mass effect 2 yet. I'm trying to savor it. The kasumi dlc would have been amazing if Kaidan had been there on an Alliance mission, going after the same grey box to contain the sensitive information that would hurt the Alliance. Imagine Shepard's surprise at seeing Kaidan there undercover.
Oh my gawd! Why did you put that in my head?? Now I'm picturing the awkwardness and sexual tension that would inevitably creep in their verbal exchange, or maybe not so verbal if they ended up having to race for it.

Oh how I wish they really had added Kaidan in there. Imagine his reaction to seeing Shepard in that dress. He would be so dumbfounded that Shepard would push him out of the way, run past him and claim the grey box before him.
Then...
Shepard: You were there first to claim it for yourself but you lost your chance.
Kaidan: Don't you think I know that already? Oh how I hate that drell!!! Now he has you all for himself....and with that dress! Do you wear that dress for him?!?!
Shepard: Umm...Kaidan? I was talking about the grey box...not me. Wait! How do you know about Thane?
Kaidan: Oh..ahh..umm. The grey box, right. You keep it. You got to it first. But that Thane can't keep you!!
Shepard: Answer my question! How do you know about Thane??
Kaidan: A little birdie told me.
Shepard: Is this little birdie called....Joker!?!
Kaidan: I never reveal my sources. But like I said he's not keeping you. Tell that lizard to watch his back!!
Shepard: How dare you call him a lizard!!!!!
Kasumi: Ummm guys. I'm like standing right here. Can we please take this somewhere more private...and safe?

Ok also about Thane and Kaidan....
How do you think he is going to handle a triangle with Thane. I just don't see Kaidan as the kind of person to say something mean to a dying man/drell. I'm wondering what kind of sarcastic saying he will say to shep about Thane. I don't know I just don't know how he is going to react to you cheating on him with someone who is dying.
Also those who are romancing just Thane I wonder how Kaidan will approach that because he will want to be with Shepard of course. Out of all the romance options and triangles, Thane's vs Kaidan I'm the most curious about due to the fact that Thane of course is dying.
Edit: Also wanted to say hi to all the new faces!! I can't keep up everytime I come back I have like 5 pages to read with new faces. So hi!!

nce the Super Nintendo. My Gamestop is pretty awesome but were kinda shocked by my N7 hoodie and my DA2 shirt underneath. lol Finally gave in and got an Xbox for ME1 and decided to switch them over from the PS3. It is so much better. So many small differences carry over to ME2, it's like playing it new. Sadly, they're out of the Collectors edition but I stll managed to nab it on PS3. Hope I run into you ladies on the multiplayer.
