Nah i don't think he is. Hes been tweeting things like this for a couple of weeks. Not massive spoilers but enough to get us excited.

About the Earth part, I think for romanced imports (that stayed loyal) Shep will at least half smile or something, and maybe there's some kind of interrupt.
My Shep needs to talk a lot with Kaidan and be sure that he trusts her again, even because he woudn't cut corners, but she doesn't wants to give him a could shoulder, so I'm curious to see how BioWare will address so many RP variables..
