Speaking of hair >_> I am new to the thread, so I'm not sure if it was already discussed, but is it graying I detect in his art? Because that would be so, SO hot.

I think it's just the lighting. But he is pushing 35 so maybe it is...

Yeah it would... I think it's the shine of the extra styling gel he's using but I'd totally be up for some approaching-middle-age Kaidan hair.

Personally I'd like the option to *both* apologize then just put it behind them.

EDIT - re: horizon issue being brought up in ME3

You.  You!  Finally someone else noticed it.  I wanted to bring this up since forever ago, but never did.  I'm seriously hoping that that's what it is.  A little aging on Kaidan, maybe even a few slightly noticeable creases on the face, would be amazing.  Hi, I'm Helena and I have a thing for older men.

I also thought it's the lighting. I wouldn't mind it, though.

I already stated my point of view on this a couple of posts above. And no I don't think that someone owns an apology to anyone for bing alive. And yes I do expect my lovers to be 100% behind me or they can start packing.
Oh, and Kaiden killed his instructor protecting another student, and only after month of abuse, that is not temper - that is survival.

To each his own.  If my husband never ever challenged anything I did, my marriage would end in a hurry.  I don't want a parrot, I want an independent, strong individual, but whatever. Different strokes and all that.

I see your point, but kicking someone to death is extremely violent, no matter what color we paint the circumstances. Even HE knew it was a mistake, and he felt guilty for doing it.  His temper overrulled his control, and that is dangerous for someone with his power and it was a major turning point in his development. With great power comes great responsibility, etc.

Sorry if I sound snippy, typing in a hurry.

I thought about the lighting thing, but really if it's just that it would be the developers taking the jokes about Kaidan overusing product on his hair a bit too far >_> I really hope it's graying... I must repeat that it would be incredibly hot :)

One thing is question someones judgment in private - I do not agree with all that my partner does either, but that does not mean that I would not support him whatever his choice is. I'll argue, I'll wine and even draw pictures :D But once he decided on something I'll be there with him for better or for worse, because it the end it's two options - either he was right and knows what he is doing and it's going to play out right, or he is wrong and he'll need me to pull him out of the mess. How would I do the later if I'm not even there with him?
Wouldn't be much of a partnership if I packed my things and stormed off every time we disagreed.

I think its just the light. Yeah he might be 35, but humans live to be about 150 in the ME universe. Wouldn't do us much good to fall apart at about a quarter of that age. Though a little grey on the temples would be all kinds of sexy.

I need to say that I have a soft spot for handsome guys with grey hair...They are totally hot!!! I just hope to see Kaidan more older on ME3....

Also, I always thought that TIM was hot!! Though I still wants to put a (or a few) bullets inside his head.:wizard:

About the apologies argument, I think Shepard owes a good explaination....not just because of what s/he said on Horizon, because Horizon wasn't the place to say all that....That's what bothers me, it almost felt that Bioware decided to put Kaidan/Ashley on Horizon just to make a little more fanservice (the dialogue choices were poorly done)...I could have expected Kaidan/Ashley to be mad about Shep working for Cerberus and the abduction of the colony, but not the "I loved you" part, that should have been saved for another time in ME2 (It could have been appropiate for the part when Shepard goes to the citadel for the first time, BW could have arranged a meeting there) but....well, what has been done cannot be undone. :innocent:

That's my opinion...

Echoing in if that was really a bit of gray, I wouldn't mind either. He's still hot either way~

(...what if it was a combination of both lighting *and* actual gray? O_o)

Kaidan had better not apologise, I agree with him AND I loved him more for defying Shepard, it takes a real strength of character to walk away from someone you love like that (same goes for Ashley)........ we DID see what Cerberus did AND going on info we have from BioWare he was flipping well right....... Unless ofc, Cerberus aren't now trying to kill Shepard......... :P

Imagine if Shepard had survived, and Kaidan had died. Then, two years later, while Shepard is on Horizon, here comes Kaidan, followed by Cerberus employees. When questioned, he briefly says he was in a coma and he's okay now, but if Shepard rejoins him, it will be just like old times.

All Shepard knows about Cerberus is what he/she knew in ME1, and the terrorist activities depicted in the books between ME1 and 2.

Would you REALLY just join Kaidan, immediately?

In the case of my mainShep, she'd figure something bs was up and go along to find out what the scam is.  But then, that's my more larcenously thinking Shep.

Amazing perspective, TZ.  I wish more people would take this point of view into consideration.  <_<

I just know that the moment that Cerberus turns on Shep, mine is going to feel very stupid for ever even remotely backing them up, especially on Horizon (I always go with the "fat chance/Renegade" option right before Kaidan walks away.  It's the only one that makes it feel like an argument, and at that point, my Shep's just pissed about everything that's been going on, and accidentally starts taking it out on Kaidan.  The other ones are just too derpy/don't feel right to end an argument, imo).

I love you 2 more!!!! I win! :wizard:

Also, yeah...what TeenZombie says is the same that I thought when I first played that part...Kaidan did the right thing not joining Shepard inmediately....I mean, what the hell was wrong with Shepard....all the dialogue choices were written by Legion or what??:bandit:

That's why I think Shepard owes a big freaking good explaination to Kaidan, she needs at least to apologise for being an ass when he told her that he "loved her"....that one broke my heart in tiny pieces.
