I discovered the ME universe through a friend this past October. The games were collecting dust since February I believe. From the moment I started playing, I was hooked completely. More than anything though, I came to love the relationship between Shep and Kaidan. I hate to admit it but I've become addicted to ME both 1&2. lol Can't wait for ME3. Can't wait to see what happens with Kaidan.

Also, I noticed many of you talking about adding each other to play on the multiplayer. Can I join in on that? If so, how? I have no idea lol

About MP group: I think it's that group and Zombie (or ex-Zombie, Vault N7 now is responsible.

I'm very bored, so I've counted that from 800 page thread moved 5.5 pages per day, so to the time ME3 will be released we will hit page 1000 by relatively small margin. No, it's not because thread moves slow, it's because ME3 slightly more than a month away.

Although I'm sure with demo release and new screenshots (even if said screenshots will be captured by user from demo) will make thread move faster. Existing info, as good as armoured Kaidan is, was discussed and rediscussed for tens of times. And don't make me think about how many times H*****n was discussed.


What I was doing here at first place? Ah, yes, note that thread is slow today and wish happy weekend for everyoneB)

I think he would be. He doesn't have Shepard's charisma, but in ME1, Chakwas does say that he has over a dozen special commendations, and according to ME3, he's never lost a soldier under his command to enemy fire.

And Kaidan's never lost anyone under his command? Do the Collectors not count?

What about Jenkins in ME1? Sure, not techincally under his command, but I swear they mentioned it somewhere in ME1...

And we'll probably hit 1000 juuuust after the demo is released, if everyone saying Kaidan's in the demo is correct.

good choice! always better to send in other people before yourself. i like controlling the battlefield - engineer is a natural choice for me. and having teammates grateful for healing can be useful...


this is how i play DnD too. i would never make vanguard

I' ve played mp for years. All the halo's, gears, left for dead ect. Yeah I'm totally going to be a vanguard. I like to get up close and personal when I shoot heads off  but that means I will probably get downed a lot so I'm gonna need you guys and your mad medic skills :innocent: besides vanguard is just too much fun and I love my shotty <3 Blam blam.

In MP, I'm usually the 'vanguard' go charging in, shout about whats happened and sacrifice myself.

*sigh*

Or I usually save everyone's arses aswell. I like doing it, makes me feel like Batman. I kinda lurk and when someones down I'm in.


I bet the page will move so fast after the demo due to seeing/hearing Kaidan in action

Ok, so in demo ME3 if I choose female Shep as my main character then in demo I will have Kaidan not Ashley right? And if i choose male Shep then I will have Ash with me? Because ME3 demo do not support save import?

Yep  I haven't talked to her in a bit and I was thinking about her a few days ago.  Maybe she was one of the ones leaving to avoid spoilers before the game came out?  I miss her!

@Anassiel, I feel your pain, I tried playing ME1 in German and BDTS wouldn't install in German. I ended up giving up and just played it in English. Try contacting EA support? They have a chat option, it shouldn't take too long to connect to them... Also, I'll drive the Mako for you. I seem to have a habit of finding the tallest mountain on any planet and making it my goal to climb up it. I feel kinda sorry for whoever's in my team at the time. Sickbags are under the seats, guys!

No idea as of yet but if they take out the choice of background/plots etc for the demo then they will default it to Sheploo/Ashely or FemShep/Kaidan.

You have to install it with CD-Projekt's compatibility installator www.cdprojekt.pl/support/article/1990/5241/Pinnacle_Station
I bought Pinnacle Station (on 50% sale for just 9,50 zł ) a month ago and had no problems installing it, already played & finished it. I'm not 100% sure if you have to install the game in English or does it also work when you install it in Polish though. I have ME installed in English

I am STILL trying to get that achievement! I have 11/20 now. I realized that I enjoy sniping way too much to get that close to my opponents, so I usually only ever do it with husks. I will get it before ME3 though. I think that and the insanity achievement (which I'm currently working on) are the only non DLC achievements that I need to unlock.

I'm doing it with an infiltrator right now. So far the only huuuge issue I had was with that stupid praetorian on Horizon. Bleh. I had to reload that save SO MANY TIMES. And now I'm about to go on the Collector's Ship, but at least now I have Thane and Miranda so I can just abuse Warp a million times  

Also helps that I chose Reave as my Shepard's special talent, although there's really no way she should have that power as she's not a biotic. Ha, oh well.
