I think any gamer who actively followed at least 1 game in the past few years would know stuff literally starts to leak through every crack in the last 3 weeks or so prior the release. It's not just the files in demos, or developers themselves. Age Rating (ESRB/PEGI) bodies may leak some info in their content guildlines. Press get nearly-gold copies weeks before release. And then of course is the entire distribution machine, manufactures, local distributors etc. The game is simply starting to circulate in too many hands to avoid leaks.

Hi, everyone! Every time I leave for a few days, I always come back to pages of Kaidan goodness! Woo! And we're almost at 900 pages, yay!

@ leborum: Thanks for the well wishes! That pirate joke was hilarious.  I'm doing well. I feel like such a badass because I have a black eye, lol. I keep telling everyone, "you should see the other guy..."

@ age: I'll be turning 29 in May, but I don't feel old at all. I guess you're only as old as you feel? My husband and I are both still kids at heart (he turns 31 later this year).  We're just enjoying that we're still child-less. We host get togethers with our friends and family where we drink and laugh and enjoy life, and we both love to play video games. At first I was a little scared of "getting up there in age", but meh. I've learned that life is what you make of it, not what it makes of you.

@ new Kaidanites: Welcome! It's nice to see everyone delurking! Grab a cookie, take a seat, and join in the fun!

@ difficulty: The highest difficulty I've played is veteran during ME1. Other than that, it's normal all the way. I get really frustrated when I die so I'd rather just take the "easy" route, lol.

@ mp: Oh my gosh! I'm so excited for multiplayer after watching those videos! I've played Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 and CoD zombies, so I have a little experience. But these games are best when played with friends. It's always good to have a strategy already established and people you trust to cover your back. And it's a lot more fun to play with people you know. As much as I would love to play as a tank!soldier, I've gotten too accustomed to biotics so I'll either be a vanguard or adept. Makes me wonder if we can only use certain weapons depending on our class. If I can keep my sniper rifle, I'll definitely play as adept.  Can't wait to start playing with you guys!

@ Lady: There aren't many ME fans where I'm from. When I asked my Gamestop store if they were having a midnight launch for ME3, the guy was like, "Well, there's probably going to be more games coming out that day so we'll be open for those...so, yeah, we'll be open at midnight."  I swear, sometimes I think I'm the only person in my city who even knows (or is as excited as I am) about ME3.

Phew! I think I got everything covered...oh! Before I forget...is anyone here a fan of The Big Bang Theory? I was watching an episode the other day and the guys were at the comic book store, and there were Mass Effect 2 posters all around the store. I couldn't help but squee a little when I saw that.

We were talking about when the demo gets hacked, which is inevitable. You can get alot of info.  Quoting yoshibb 
" hack the demo after release and find out the whole story of the game like in DA2. Or like when the parts about the Protheans being collectors were spoiled for ME2" So you can find out alot by hacking a demo.  Just like when the demo was originally hacked and the whole script was leaked.

We may get a blip but honestly I don't think we are gonna get very much face time with him until the release.  We are probably going to get something close to what has already been leaked.

PC hackers, that's how the script got leaked in the first place (people dug in to the accidentally released demo and pulled the files).

Oh.  Yeah.  I'll definitely be doing screencaps, and maniping the heck out of them, and posting them on Deviant Art.  I should probably drop Kaidan ones in here too, no?  Yeah, think I can do that .  No idea when I'm going to do all that manipulating while doing a speed/complete run of ME1/Me2 in two and a half weeks while working and going to grad school, but hey, who needs sleep when ME3 is almost out?  Or out?

Yeah, I realized that. The original script was leaked from that beta that went online for Xbox those months ago.

If another one of those happens and it's even bigger, I'm going to stop coming on here until launch. Good thing that's only a little over a month away though.

I also might leave the forums for a while once the demo is out.I don't want spoilers.

I will probably be absent this week as well since Final Fantasy XIII-2 is coming out and I will be playing that.I will come on a few times sure to see news and whatnot but I won't be posting much.

btw if there is any major news will one of you guys PM me?

anyway I will pretty much be away from the forums playing FFXIII-2  this week.I'll be back you guys;)

It wouldn't be so bad if it was limited and warned ahead of time like it is now, but usually trolls will find it hilarious after the hacked files come out to just spam the board with spoilers without any notice and suddenly you know all the game's secrets by accident. It's so frustrating, but you really have no choice but to just blackout everything.

LOL  I use my camera on my phone and photobucket.  haha I guess that is like Ducktape and DW40 in the real world.

No big deal. I had some minor surgery and my eyelid bruised up, lol. Not nearly as cool as getting into a fight, but hey, black eye!  Never had one before so I'm living it up.
