That's rather popular and varying subject. The shortest version will "молчишь - значит, так и надо" [molchish' - znachit, tak i nado]; bard's poetic version from late Soviet period would be "Вот так просто попасть в - палачи: Промолчи, промолчи, промолчи!" ("it's simple to join a butchers - be silent, be silent, be silent").JaerWolfe wrote...
Oh, I like that, mineralica. Can you give me the actual Russian words? I remember very little from my Russian language course other than 'shto etta' and 'etta Pavel' but I have always loved the language. Oh, I guess I remember how to swear in Russian, but I don't think I should be proud of that, lol.mineralica wrote...
Russians often say "when you're silent about someone's actions, that person decides he does everything right". I'd surely prefer we don't have to cut corners and create threads with baits or spam Silverman, but sometimes something should be said.
And Russians are extremely proud with swearing possibilities and foreigners who use this possibilities. The fact that you can slap some swear roots with random prefixes and suffixes and it would count as another swear word create infinite field for expressions.
