That's true. But silver members will get demo a week after gold members. That means ... February 21. But I'm not sure about that ..

Ah, I have the silver. I thought you would have to pay something extra because Microsoft and Bioware both like to nickel and dime the crap out of their customers. I wasn't planning on playing it for that reason. I heard that gold members get it a week earlier too, but I assumed that meant Feb. 7th.

Serious? That's sort of awful since the PC version gets it on the 14th and I'm guessing the PS3 too. You guys get shafted.

I don't even have a golden or silver account, I'm just using a common account...
So far I'm trying to avoid Origin, I'll install it later, I need to format my pc because I have to much garbage installed, it's a mess....

So I might not get the demo on time, first I need to finish all my drawings >.<....

It's like that with most demo's, I may be completly wrong but I had to wait for the L4D2 demo and others whilst I was on silver. I have gold now so I dont have to wait.<_<

I think it was Chris Priestly that said that the demo comes with a trial gold membership. So doesn't that mean that everyone gets it on the same day?

It's really unclear. I'm not sure whether it means you can play MP when you download it or can download it the same as everyone who has gold. Due to most people not being able to play MP till the 17th, unless you have early access through battlefield 3

Depends on if you got early access. If so, you can play the MP on Feb 14, if not you have to wait a few days until it unlocks. I don't remember that date.

Then re-do a single shep through ME1/2, I'm going to ignore Kaidan, only way I can't romance him.

I want to see Kaidan asap as well, but Feb 14 is really bad day for demo release. Although I guess nothing awful will happen to me if I'll play it 15th.

This.  You need gold to access the multi-player part of the demo, and they're giving you a free trial of gold so everyone can try it out.  I guess if you're really determined to protest the multi-player part you could refuse the free gold trial and wait another week... lol.
