I agree...he looks older. And sad.

I'm assuming demo Kaidan will be non-romanced so maybe it's okay to give him the cold shoulder? Even if there was an option for him to be romanced in the demo, I wouldn't take it. I want to experience his reactions firsthand when I play the game.

My canon Shep would like to give him the cold shoulder, but I don't want to make any wrong moves when it comes to his romance. I don't want to ignore him at the beginning only to learn that it'll negatively affect my romance with him later, so I'll be paragoning it all the way, lol.

I think he looks better than he did in ME1 & 2. He looks older and more rugged. Yeah, he looks a little sad, but I've got a thing for tragic characters so it's all good.

ExpertZone is something fore Gamestop/Best Buy/Walmart employeed. They take marketing trainings about Microsoft products to sell crap better to customers and receive early access to demos/betas for that

According to the info on their page, you have to own and work at a store that sells Microsoft stuff legally.
