I would sacrifice Liara for anyone in the crew.
As a joke..but even if they did, what's it purpose? The only effect it has is making sure that Liaramancers won't feel welcome, at all. Again it's hostility for NO good reason. Why is it so much to ask we don't slant other characters, do we like it if other threads say "Ash is a space hitler" or "I virmired her ass!" and then people start quoting it with +1's? From experience: NO.
I don't care if you like Liara or not, but this is silly and has NOTHING to do with Ashley...*sigh* It's intolerant, even if it isn't intended that way it's the message it's going to give if any. Right now, I'd just like to see it stop before it gets worse...because there is no reason for it to be in this thread.

@TNS; No I won't chill out, it's things like this that seperated threads with which there was a pretty good understanding and I've always been against useless comments that give a thread an intolerant tone for no good reason. I express myself against people that find it funny to constantly say "I virmired Ash everytime.." for no good reason too.
It's off-topic, unnecessary and I don't like it so I just wanted to say it. That's all.
Anyway no need to apologize to me Arban M., I didn't feel offended by it, I just don't like where this commenting on Liara business was or is going. So I felt the need to speak out.
I'll shut up about it now.

I wouldn't have mentioned it if it wasn't a recurring theme, and you didn't offend me either TNS, I'm not easily offended. Alright, back to Ash.
I have a question actually, does anyone know what happens if you send Ash to another ship instead of taking her along? Do you get maybe a message at some point?

@TNS; Hm, well I guess it's only an option if you really just don't like her than, I thought maybe you'd get something more out of it.
I am writing to you to address my concerns regarding the treatment of some character’s romance arcs in your game Mass Effect 3. Aside from an engaging plot, one of the hallmarks of a Mass Effect game is its well-crafted and deep romance options. However, I believe that Mass Effect 3 has failed to live up to the standards set by its predecessors – particularly Mass Effect 1.
Personally, I have mostly followed Ashley William’s romance arc throughout the series and although Mass Effect 1 was fulfilling, Mass Effect 3 was not. However, this is not my primary concern. My concerns lie globally over all the romance arcs.
Mass Effect 1 presented much broader character interaction in my opinion. The dialogue wheel was paramount to this. The wheel allowed the player to discuss a multitude of topics with their chosen character, for example, their background or their opinion on the last mission. In Mass Effect 2, this to an extent remained largely intact. The introduction of the single-line auto dialogue for the characters Zaeed and Kasumi changed this however. When I first saw it, I was able to pass it off because they were DLC characters and played arguably minor roles compared to other characters in the story. I did not think that this would set the standard for some of Mass Effect 3’s more prominent figures.
The problem with auto dialogue is that you as a player are railroaded into a subject with little or no power over what Shepard has to say. This not only is frustrating to those who would like to be able to pick their dialogue path, but it is also immersion breaking in regards to the story. A lot of people modelled their Shepard on themselves or something that they aspire to be. When their Shepard blurts out something that they feel is out of character, it breaks their immersion and they feel as though they are no longer the player, but simply an observer.
From an objective point of view, I can see why this was done. I noticed a few posts on the forums by BioWare staff mentioning a strict line budget. Although as a player it is disappointing to learn that there were only a set number of lines available, I can understand it. I would however like to know specifically why there was a line budget. Was it a hardware limitation or was it monetary?
This brings me to another point I would like to raise. I will be using Ashley Williams as an example for this. The leaked script that was released in November contained a lot more interactions with Ashley. I would like to take this opportunity to say that what was written in those scripts was excellent and covered up some of the questions about Ashley and Shepard’s relationship that I had. It also answered a few of the more general questions. I once again was disappointed to learn that these were not included in the gold version of the game. Their inclusion would have made the romance arc much more fulfilling – more along the lines set by Mass Effect 1, which notably did not leave me any questions unlike its Mass Effect 3 equivalent. I was not angry about what I experienced with Ashley, but nor was I impressed. This also raises my concerns about what was cut for other characters.
In my opinion, a large portion of players got short-changed with their romance arcs, in particular those romancing Mass Effect 2 characters. I will use Miranda Lawson’s romance arc as an example. Although Miranda’s scenes were very well executed, there simply were not enough interactions with her, and in a similar manner to Ashley’s romance, the player was left with too many unanswered questions. The arc was not fulfilling. Miranda was not the only character suffering from this either.
There is no other way to describe Jacob Taylor’s romance arc other than disgraceful. The fact that he moved on from Shepard and engaged in a relationship with a very minor character is a huge kick in the teeth to anyone who did romance him in Mass Effect 2.This did not add anything worthwhile to the plot, and only caused annoyances among Jacob’s fanbase. It did however add to the realism of the character, but this is still no excuse.
Thane’s romance also suffered. In contrast to Jacob’s situation, Thane’s death was a poignant moment in the game and a good plot device. We as a player knew that Thane didn’t have long left and I am sure that those who romanced him were well aware of this, but the problem once again comes back to a lack of interaction. Those who romanced him deserve a lot more character interaction in compensation for his death.
BioWare, you are in a position to address these issues. You are also in a position to profit from these issues. I have noticed that some players have been asking for romance themed downloadable content to make up for their disappointments. This is an excellent idea and to simply ignore their suggestions would be downright foolish.
I will now bring this to a close as I know you have much more pressing issues to attend to. Thank-you for reading this and please take the time to consider what your fans would like to see from you. Mass Effect 3 may not have met everyone’s expectations (it’s impossible to please everyone!), but it still has bucket loads of potential. You have the power to make Mass Effect 3 one of the best endings to a video game trilogy to date. Go ahead and do it! The people will love you for it.

Liara, although a bit too hard trying to get attention from Shepard, is also a good friend. I really love her in ME3 and her content is a perfect example how BW should have done it for the rest of the characters as well. I'm not jealous at her and her content but sad since BW missed the opportunity to give other characters a similar treatment.
I'm curious, what does Ash say in the e-mail?She emails you but you NEVER hear from her outside of that
