Man, definitely need to write more dialogues like that - Shepard's crew is like a family. Bound by fire and death, they won't cease to exist, as long as one of them still draws breath. EDI will remember all of them

Now that I watched this tribute multiple times, I definitely want to see a truly epic Ashley tribute, using scenes from ME1, ME2 and ME3 with Shepard sacrificing himself in the end - and the last thing he has in his mind is Ashley ...

I just can't do it. And definitely not at THAT quality like that one - I posted in earlier that day. ^^

Shepard: I promise.
Ashley: You better do. If you die tomorrow, I'll drag your sorry ass out of hell and kill you again. Don't dare to leave me alone. Ever. Again.

I've been wanting to try something like this, but it would take some time to put everything together. But I think I'll try to do it.

EDI is a good friend to Ash. She'll cut the cam of so they can have their alone-time.

Quite right, the dialogue was fantastic, right until the end...I want an extended cut with a pay-off!

Ah yeah, GenoI3oost's stuff is quite amazing Data, also I like the idea of more Ash tributes Famekes! There aren't a lot of them around currently

speaking of tributes, I made one about Ashley before ME3 came out... it's pretty terrible though, and the sound quality takes a hit in the middle of the video. LOL

Don't take this the wrong way, but I wanted to get this off my chest:

ME3 Ashley, to me, feels like a hollow version of the Ashley I knew back in ME1. Maybe it's the lack of conversation, but even the little bit of conversation we have with her just feels empty. Whenever she talks about her family or when she spouts out poetry in ME3, I just listen, and go, "...It's not the same."

Gameplay wise, I find her power set to be useless especially when I have Garrus and James around. I have yet to find a good use for Marksman.

From what I've seen from my dad's playthrough, Kaidan seems to offer so much more in terms of content and (especially) gameplay. My only issue with Kaidan in ME3 (so far) is the annoying bug where you can't listen to any of the engineering dialogue nor most of Tali's dialogue on the Normandy because of his presence. This is one of the many reasons why I haven't imported any of my Shepards yet into ME3.

In the end, Ashley's journey ends on Virmire (for me.) It's a shame, because she was my favorite character in ME1, next to Tali and Kaidan.

I posted this in another forum, and I wanted to share my thoughts here.

Her conversation's are so disjointed, evne when she's romanced, and then she shows up in teh cabin with all these I love yous and it's like "Where was this when you got back onto the ship?" she seems distant even after saying she trusts you fully and she doens't move around the ship like otehr squadmates, she stays in staboard observations.

To make up for lack of content, several guys writing dialogues, snippets etc, just to keep Ashley alive in our heads. In the romance scenes, Ash is fine and (almost) feels like Ash from ME1. However, her character gets damaged by the lack of interaction. Ash was talkative, a fun person to have around, loving, really great and a true friend. In ME3, I have the feeling she's cold, too formal, no longer interested in Shepard at all.
So her romantic scenes come quite out of nowhere. Ash feels like two separate persons - one for the "formal stuff" and one for the "love".

Right now, the only way to keep up my love for Ash is to write & read fanfics / dialogues and such. Aaaaaaaand headcanon, of course. ^^

To be fair, all of the crew conversations are lacking on the ship. They're nothing like ME1 or ME2 where they were rather lengthy and you used the wheel. Thane's talks were one of my favorite parts of ME2. The only one you really talk to on the ship is Garrus, which is ironic as hell considering all we ever got from him in ME2 was calibrations.

Granted there's other people you can talk to (Eve, Wrex, Victus, Xen, etc..) but it still feels lacking for everybody.
