Yeah, I would have to say Ashley is the one to instigate, but Tali... yikes. That she maintans that offensive with Liara, who's clearly not as abrasive...I don't know, I didn't like seeing that side of any of them, especially since they're friendly otherwise. I want them to be friends.

Maybe it's male's side of fence, but I didn't noticed anything offensive. A but suspicion, mixed with defensive/protective behavior in Tali's voice, maybe, yes, but nothing more.

When I played my Ash-faithful dude Shep, Tali made a clumsy yet clear pass at him. Now, maybe it could just be avoided, but I've always wondered if, when applicable, she knows or cares about Ash or Liara. Does she figure those women are off the ship, therefore completely out of the picture? And how are Ash and Liara supposed to react? For all they know, she's had these feelings for a while, waiting for the other girl to screw up?

I don't know, I never dump anyone or pursue someone who already had someone, so I can't say how it is to hit someone who already engaged in some form of relationship.
My wild guess - ME2 romancibles were added for "new gamers" (man, I lol'd) or those who wasn't happy or satisfied with ME1 options and refused to pursuit any of them. At least that what I want to think, of course they were added to please entitled fanboys wanting for more virtual love.

Also, once inside the dreadnought, there's some banter about how quiet the ship is, and EDI points out Shepard and Tali have been in a physical relationship. I don't know if Ash says this in any case, but she gives an annoyed, "Can we talk about this when we're NOT in a Geth dreadnought!?" And if Shepard left Ash for Tali, it feels like rubbing salt in the wounds.

According to my friend's report (not now, he is normal man, not enjoys insomnia), same talk happens if Ash never was romanced (and never talked in ME1 at all, outside of forced dialogue) - probably same "memory money saving". And from what I've heard personally, I liked Garrus, James and Kaidan responses. Kaidan's probably the best.

I didn't experienced it firsthand, only via videos (believe me or not, but I haven't seen them until recently, I mean meeting on Horizon, mail (on wikia) and VO'd mail), but even I would be in "suspended" condition 0 from one point of view it is clear shut-off. I have no info on time gap between Horizon and mail arrival, but my wild guess - 1 mission pause. Since it wasn't possible to pursue any ME2 romantics prior Horizon, I guess that pause is adequate for "cool-off" period. At least from my point of view. But it is depends on Shepard whether he take words deeply and decide to dump Ash, or let it go and stays faithful.

Can't say, I'm adept of staying faithful (yes, one of my kanone Shepards is faithful to killed Ash, I'm that stupid) so I don't know for "jealously banters". But I approve more party banters in general.


And regarding to lot of gifs. I guess Ash shooting Wrex is one of few things I don't like. Yes, I've heard that you could give signal, or she could do that herself, but it changes nothing.

Honestly, while I have seen the cut dialogue, I have not seen the dialogue built into that series of images, so thanks for that.

Yeah its such a shame they cut that, I read that from the leak and it blew me away. They used only a tiny section as blanket plot device for all squad memebers on the cerberus base, in saying that though I liked what Liara said as a LI.

It was in the original leak, never made it into the final game for some reason or other.

They removed it? The only time I've played through the game was when I romanced Miranda and I assumed that was just dialogue that occured if you romanced her. It definitely needs to be put back.
