Maybe it's male's side of fence, but I didn't noticed anything offensive. A but suspicion, mixed with defensive/protective behavior in Tali's voice, maybe, yes, but nothing more.
It's possible that the two of them were just playing off the awkwardness with sarcasm. That would be... a little better. But not much, especially when compared with their other banter.

According to my friend's report (not now, he is normal man, not enjoys insomnia), same talk happens if Ash never was romanced (and never talked in ME1 at all, outside of forced dialogue) - probably same "memorymoney saving". And from what I've heard personally, I liked Garrus, James and Kaidan responses. Kaidan's probably the best.
Kaidan's was adorable, yeah.

I didn't experienced it firsthand, only via videos (believe me or not, but I haven't seen them until recently, I mean meeting on Horizon, mail (on wikia) and VO'd mail), but even I would be in "suspended" condition 0 from one point of view it is clear shut-off. From another... How the hell I'm supposed to react from Ashley's point of view? It was two years+ and you was dead, and then...
I have no info on time gap between Horizon and mail arrival, but my wild guess - 1 mission pause. Since it wasn't possible to pursue any ME2 romantics prior Horizon, I guess that pause is adequate for "cool-off" period. At least from my point of view. But it is depends on Shepard whether he take words deeply and decide to dump Ash, or let it go and stays faithful.
Keep in mind this is only speculation on my part, trying to understand why this might be happening. Ashley's email says something like, "But I'm not who I was then, and neither are you," so that might imply a clean break, but it conflicts with the awkwardness between her and Tali. It's just my guess that she might feel that she took the opportunity to advance on Shepard. And I've never been in this situation myself, but I gather dating a friend's ex is... a bit tricky.

And regarding to lot of gifs. I guess Ash shooting Wrex is one of few things I don't like. Yes, I've heard that you could give signal, or she could do that herself, but it changes nothing.
Does this need to be discussed again? Well, Shepard does tell her to be ready just in case, which I think is meant to be a big warning to the player, and she doesn't fire until Wrex has lifted his gun. Plus everyone else seems to think his loyalty has faltered, so I guess they would just watch Shepard get shot.
I've tried to instigate Wrex shooting me, and it's never happened. I assume it's because I always get his armor, though it might be a combination of that and high charm/intimidate. It's...funny, really, that people get so furious about the death of a chatacter that they claim to love, yet are unwilling to go that extra mile for.

General assumption, but not true at all. You've got the EAWare fanboys who love and "justify" ME3 for all of its worth, and then you have the fans like myself that don't necessarily hate the endings, but didn't like them either, and moved on.Totally Not Swaggacide wrote...

Honestly, while I have seen the cut dialogue, I have not seen the dialogue built into that series of images, so thanks for that.Eragondragonrider wrote...
I am sure people have seen this i.imgur.com/Q9DmN.jpg, BioWare needs to put this back in the game.
Yeah, it's a shame they didn't put it into the game.
Seriously, Ash had some of the most powerful dialogues in the leaked scripts - and they got scrapped. Why?
Don't tell me BW had no time to include them. They weren't lazy either. I really wonder why they killed that dialogue. It's not touchy. It's not even redundant (Shepard & Ash have a talk about that topic later in the Cerberus base, but it's different in the way Shepard realizes he truly died).
I dunno if BW hates Ash or wanted to promote other characters on expense of her.

Instead of meaningful dialogue with Ashley, we get to listen to useless useless characters like Steve, Garrus and Tali, rambling on about their inconsequential backstories. Great.
Im not happy about the lack of Ash content but trashing other characters is pointless. Plus they were good characters anyway

One of my concerns going into ME3 was if they were going to implement new characters (I hoped they would) and make them interesting enough. I was very pleased with the outcome. Characters like Steve, James, Admiral Raan, Primarch Victus, they were all well made and added something to the game. Thats just my opinion. The only useless character in the Mass Effect series is a certain transparent child, whos name musnt be uttered....

OK. That also answers my question. It's just really time-consuming to go through all the pages. Thanks.
I just love Ashley as a character (and may even have a creepy form of -real- love for her too, but that's a different topic) *g*
I hope her cut content gets reintroduced with a future patch or is part of a DLC dedicated to romances.

Ash dialogue?

Ashley: ... and then he told me anything he knew about the other side.
Vega: So the rumors are true? Loco really died? So he's undead now?
Ashley: Yeah. It was a bit disappointing, Skipper can't remember anything ... is there Heaven or Hell? Such stuff.
Vega: Guess no one can answer that question, not even our Commander. Even if there's something, he couldn't explain, like telling a blind man the "difference between red and green".
Ashley: So there's a chance he saw something?
Vega: No. Even if Shepard experienced something, it was beyond his understanding. So he didn't lie to you, if you that mean.
Ashley: Thanks, James.
Vega: You're welcome. And if you go back to Loco, tell him I'm ready for another dance. Bet he needs to get rid of some pressure as well.
(really short, I lack time to do a big one ...)
