Ashley's "nasty" habbit to focus on "fine asses" never gets subverted. Who says she's a covert pervert? TV trpoes said it. But honestly, she's not as covered as she might think. Openly pervert fits better to Ash. After all, she's absolutely confident about sexuality and her own body.

Bet she's also a nudist ^^

Yeah, this one just has a line cut out and an intimate hug to replace the kiss.

I agree with you there. Shepard's flashback statement about seeing her on Eden Prime in this one is better. Still, I wouldn't turn down Ash in ME1 for the little change in dialogue in ME3 though.

I don't know... I guess '???' is a figment of his imagination that he's talking to while he's lying in the rubble on earth... dunno... based on a comic on DA.

Caked in blood, bruises, blisters and god knows how many more wounds. I see him, back against an outcropping of debris. His head bowed, and his eyes lifeless and halfhooded. I sprint to him, my own vision red with tears and grief. There was scream, though I never realised that it was my throat the sound came from. Every barrier around my heart and emotions crumbled to the ground and my sobs echoed.

My squadmates looked on with pity and sadness as they pried me away long enough for medics to bring in a stretcher. They hoist him up, and carry him carefully out of that godforsaken hole. I rushed to his side, refusing to leave as he's lifted onto the shuttles. I grasp his hand, kneeling next to him and stroking his head. I whispered, I begged and I sobbed. Wake up, Skipper.

I glance into his eyes, expecting them to be glassy and glazed over. For a split second, relief washed over me when I saw that tiny spark - that fire - return before his eyes. His fingers wrap feebly around mine before his eyes close completely.

How's this for a different view point for that dialogue of yours Data?

Thanks! Much appreciated. Taking screenshots in ME3 is PITA. Turpentine grade of PITA. 
Alas, ME1 don't have enough situations for photo-session fitting those songs I have on playlist. That's why I don't like "no tools" policy - in Flashpoint or ArmA you easily could create almost any cutscene you wish. But custom animations are PITA even there.

Think BW should start to recruit writers from the fandom - or at least get some volunteers writing at tiny parts of the story. No one of us is capable of creating a full-trilogy spanning story arc, we're no professionals after all. But we can write detail stuff and even can write large portions - like a full character story arc. In our case, this is Ashley.

Yeah. Imagine you and Aurora wrote Ashley's dialogues for ME3. I bet Ashley would outshine 'em all. Even Bioware's favorite pets.

And I'd go with Sarah.

So I finally finished ME3 this weekend. I made a point to take Ash on as many missions as possible to milk as much dialogue as possible. I must say, mission banter and comments are a lot like Ash of ME1. And of course, outfitted properly, she murders enemies at an astonishing rate.

I must admit, it sucked that she didn't take part in Normandy banter or move around like the other characters. Hell, even Javik moved around, and he's DLC. It really does feel like BioWare didn't know what to do with her anymore after the coup on the Citadel.

Ash's romance felt well paced though, and it's pretty straightforward if she was your LI and you were faithful. It feels like a real couple having real problems but getting over them together by realising what they mean to each other. The love scene to me I think captured exactly the relationship between the two. Taking and giving strength and comfort to each other.

All in all, I'm satisfied by their story arc. ME3 didn't quite nail it like I think we all hoped, but it came pretty darn close. I hope the Extended Cut clarifies all the sticky end points and at least lets us know what happens to Ash, especially if she survives.

Ashley is and always will be worth it.

I know I don't post much but seeing everyone else trying to do dialogue, I figured I minus well try as well so here goes nothing..... if its bad....I apologize beforehand(first ever dialogue for anything ever)

Setting: right after Shep goes with Ash to the Citadel memorial wall for her grieving sister, back on the Normandy in Shep's cabin.

Shep: "Ashley come on up"
Ash: "Hey Skipper"
Shep: "Hey Ash"
Ash: "I just wanted to say thanks...for being there with me."
Shep: "Ash you know me, I'll always be there for you no matter what."
Ash: "I know you will be"..........."you've always been there for me when I needed you most"...."I'm sorry"........
Shep: "Sorry?? For what?"
Ash: "For being so hesitant to trust you...For doubting you so much over the last few years...I knew it was the real you when I first saw you on Horizon, but just like I always do I let my emotions get the best of me......I'm not gonna lie, when I lost you a part of me died Shepard, you're the only guy I have ever and will ever love....and then when I saw you on Horizon, it was all so surreal. I was just so angry that there you were like nothing ever happened....The last few years have been complete hell,".....completely lost in thought she recites "I must lose myself in action, lest I wither in despair"(Tennyson)....."I just"....."I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm sorry for not always being there for you."
Shep: "Ashley STOP...your here now and you're not going anywhere THATS all that matters"
Ash: "Your right....I'm not...I'm yours"....
Embrace/Hug/Kiss
Ashley trying to lighten the mood "Especially with that ass of yours, I'm not going anywhere"

Thoughts? I wanted to use a Tennyson quote but I feel like its kinda forced into the conversation.
