Ashley stays silent
Shepard: I mean it, what are you doing!
Ashley: what does it look like im doing, im fixing your armor .
Shepard: that things Junk ash.
Ashley: But it's still a part of you, i can't imagine you wearing diffrent armor.
Shepard: Who said I'm getting new armor.
Ashley: so........you want me to fix this one than?
Shepard: No, I don't.
Ashley: I'm not following skipper.
Shepard: I don't plan on wearing armor agian Ash.
Ashley: than how are you going to fight.
Shepard: Ash, Its done. I'm Done
Ashley: But skipper......There is so much to do.
Shepard: Leave it for someone else Ash.
Ashley: so, whats the plan now skipper.
Shepard: Oh I dont know, I figured I settle down now.
Ashley: By yourself?
Shepard: Sure, I could use a few years alone
Ashley throws her repair tool at shepard
Shepard: ouch what was that for. *rubes his head in pain*
Ashley: You're going to settle, without me?
Shepard: No, I just didn't figure you to retire. You know for breacking the Williams curse and all.
Ashley: Maybe next time you should ask. *Gets up, walks towards the door to leave the cabin*
Shepard: Edi Lock the cabin door.
Ashley: *Pounding on the door* Open this door shepard.
Shepard: I can see you're mad.
Ashley: Why wouldn't I be.
Shepard: c'mon ash, you don't really think I was being serious.
Ashley: your face wasn't lying shepard.
Shepard: When I said i wanted to settle alone, I just didn't want you to retire. That dosn't mean i dont want to spend my Life with you. *shepard grabes a hold of ash turning her around in his arms*
Ashley: Well than, I guess I have no choice In the matter.
Shepard: what does that mean ash.
Ashley: I guess its time to hang up my rifle skipper.
Shepard: BUT ASH!
Ashley: no buts, besides you obvisly don't know the first thing that I want *She gets clsoer to shepard, giving a slight kiss*
Shepard: I have some Idea *Laughs*

Garrus: Unpleasant implications.
Joker: Stop talking like Mordin, Garrus - I still miss him.
Garrus: Me too. Still ... I think I understand.
Joker: Believe me ... I do as well.
EDI: So Shepard's "Omnitool" got damaged? I'm sure it's painful to go into close combat with a broken Omnitool ...
Joker: We got it, EDI. -.-
Chakwas: I really don't want to know what Ash did THIS time to break the "Fleet-Admiral".

Think this might have been the reason we never saw Shepard's SR1 quarters in ME2. Forget how the ship looked after it was attacked, his cabin areadly looked this way due to some destructo-nookie with Ashley.

Not to mention why his pelvis was fractured when the Lazarus Project began. That was from BEFORE Shepard's death.

Turns out the standard issue Alliance pillows aren't too bad! Ash liked the N7 sheets the most though I think.

That's the Normandy HR texture mod if anyone is interested. Shepard and Ash were just...trying it out.

One more ...

Shepard: Are you ready?
Ashley: Always. You know the deal: I follow you, wherever you go, even the way down to hell and back.
Shepard: Fine. Lets do this.
Ashley: Right behind you.

*opens door*

Shepard: Admiral Hackett ... Sir.
Hackett: At ease. Both of you. What do you need?
Shepard: You may read this letter, Admiral. I'm resigning.
Hackett: Is it so? And you, Commander Williams, are you resigning too?
Ashley: Yes, Sir, me too.
Hackett: Hmmm ... two of the heroes of the galaxy want to resign. Any suggestions why I should accept this?
Shepard: We just-
Ashley: With all due respect, Admiral, but we think we did enough. Shepard saved the galaxy three times.
Hackett: True. But why should I allow you two to leave? We're desperately in need of good soldiers and you're the best. I know your story, Williams, I knew your grandfather. Fought under his command on Shanxi. He was a friend, I knew him well. And therefore I'm not sure if he would allow you to resign. And Shepard - you are a symbol for everyone. Allowing you to resign may send the wrong signal to our troops. It may weaken our efforts to rebuild the galaxy.
Shepard: I understand, Admiral.
Ashley: So you won't allow us to resign, settle down somewhere on a quiet planet and ... spend our lives together?
Hackett: No.
Ashley: Why, Admiral?
Hackett: Because I need you, need to ask you of a personal favor. I can understand why you two need a vacation. Yes, you'll get it, soon enough, maybe a year or two. But if I allow you to go now, it definitely gives the wrong idea to the rest of the galaxy. It still needs you. You bought us another day to live, now we need you to shape our future.
It's not an order of an Admiral. It's a pleading.
Ashley: Aye ...
Shepard: So what do we do now?
Hackett: Just don't resign and travel to Palaven. I heard the Council is currently there, discussion the future of the galactic society, now since most of the Mass Relays are offline and can't be reactivated any time soon.
Shepard: Seems we're back in Action, Ashley ...
Ashley: Seems so, Skipper. When do we start, Admiral?
Hackett: You have two weeks for your preparations. The Normandy is still too damaged for that trip, so you're going to take command of the SSV Williams.
Shepard: That name sounds familiar.
Hackett: Named after a certain legend. Now move out ... both of you.

...

Ashley: "SSV Williams"?
Shepard: Named after a legend. *snickers*
Ashley: That's nonsense and violates the rules of ship naming-
Shepard: Guess the Admiral can do what the Admiral wants. After all, he's still supreme commanding officer of the entire Alliance fleet.
Ashley: But "Williams"? Why naming a ship after my grandfather?
Shepard: Guess it's named after another Williams. A "legendary Williams", to be precise.
Ashley: And where's the "SSV Shepard" then?
Shepard: *shrugs* No idea. Maybe they didn't want to enlarge my ego even more *laughs*

Ok - I admit, I'm a Talimancer. I liked/romanced Ash in ME1 but I always preferred Tali... until ME3. The "new, improved" Ashley in ME3 made for a _very_ hard decision.

Heard Tali got some nice content in ME3 - now, except the edited stock photo. BW should have asked one of the fan artists, they created really good portraits of Tali ^^

Characterwise, Ashley lost a large chunk of her original character in ME3. Looks ... highly depends on what you like. I loved Ash as tough soldier and tomboy, but I also love her new female looks. She never was ugly ^^

Nah, the SSV Shepard has to be some super new, state of the art Ship like the Enterprise E (hmm sovereign class....). With cutting edge technology, making it  superior to any other ship in council space...

Personally I think she has best romance, actually. Not sure why - heard some call her "fan favorite" on par with Garrus.

Attractive woman attractive always and polishing skin, letting her hair down, stressing "feminine look", adding some glint on lips, plus increasing their size (where?! There are no people with small decent lips, only half-face lips!) actually a bit spoiled Ash image for me. Her character was somewhat massacred by spolly execution - being Kaidan's (apparently one of most unpopular characters) "antagonist" (I only mean you can't have both in your team), she, somehow has even less dialogues and some dialogues tied on her are broken (Ken and Gabby, for example) and not fixed still (hello, it's mid April).

I guess more logical choice should reflect Shepard's own approach, gameplay and class. Soldier could have Dreadnought, Infiltrator - stealth-ship, Engineer - some carrier or dock (why not?).
Or it could be medical ship, to reflect Shepard's role as saviour.

Actually, the "SSV Williams" is the newest ship. It's based on the SR2, but comes with all the upgrades - and a top-notch independent OBMR - On Board Mass Relay. ^^

That's interesting... How it is supposed to work - folding into itself and launch itself?

Just thought I'd drop this:

On the rachni mission take Ash with you (of course) but also Liara. Ashley talks virtually the entire mission while Liara barely says anything. It's pretty good.

I'm finding if you take Garrus anywhere he hogs up all the talking, ever since I stopped taking Garrus it seems Ashley has been more talkative. :)

During the beginning when you first meet Grunt and he tells you about the rachni nest down there, Ashley says "Nest? Why can't we ever go anywhere nice?"

It made me laugh.

So what major missions become unavailable once you've done the citadel coup? it seems I've done a few missions that I could have done with ash.

It works a bit like the original Tantalus Core - by generating a gravity well in front of the ship so it "falls" into the desired direction. Once the ship has some momentum, the core reduces it's mass to almost zero for a few nanoseconds - allowing the ship to "jump" by a few hundred lightyears each time it's used.

If "hooking" on a known Mass Relay, accuracy and max distance increase while jumps without a Mass Relay are limited to few hundred lightyears.

(Yes, I used a thought or two on that ... ^^)

I wish there would be some "romance only"  banter like:

Ashley: Why did you bring me here again? Other guys take their girlfriend to the cinema, but NOOOO you always want to explore caves full of cockroaches.

She mentioned the "cockroaches" a couple of times too. It was kind of weird, she did all the talking while Liara was pretty much silent except for the whole "Goddess" thing.

I think during convesation every Teammate has some kind of "dominance factor" asigned to them (you know like in ME1 where there was always one supporter and one against with every major decision). And apparently Ashley is flagged as more "dominant" (please don't read too much into it using this expression).

Eh... Okay, I guess I need to stop my calculations first to make proper judgment of this high-tech child of gloomy German genius mind. Image IPB

There is dominance factor for cutscene participation or general banter activity. Sometimes it feels like it is linked to team-mate selection order, i.e. who was chosen first and who second, sometimes - like there are concrete numbers. For example, I never seen Liara exiting shuttle in attempt to help Shepard to escort wounded Grunt back to shuttle. Any other party member - yes, Liara - never. On Sur'kesh I've took Grunt and James most of the time, most of the time it was Garrus exchanging words with Wrex, but once it was James. But it seems Liara has preference here. Also, on the way to Sur'kesh order seems to be next: Liara, Garrus, EDI.

My first published dialogue. So please don't kill me...

about a day after the events of CptData's dialogue

Ashley: Hey Skipper! you got a minute?
Shepard: For you? Always!
Ashley: I have been doing some research on the SSV Williams. And you know what? It comes with an AWESOME upgrade.
Shepard: Improved weapons and shielding?
Ashley: Well yeah... that too... but something even better!
Shepard: An eezo core that neglects that lack of mass relays?
Ashley: NOOO!!! Damn it Shepard, you're really bad at guessing. Its kitchen has a fully automated pancake machine. Isn't that awesome?
Shepard: *facepalms" really Ash, sometime i don't even....

Edit: typos and spelling and stuff
