What weapons will you give Ashley?

I like the Mattock a lot. Best weapon ever imho.

If Ashley could carry all weapons again like in ME1 I would give her:

Assault Rifle - Mattock
Sniper Rifle - Widow
Shotgun - Eviscerator
Pistol - Phalanx
SMG - Locust
Heavy Weapon - Flamethrower or Collector Particle Beam

Revenant
GPS
Viper SR
predator pistol (more shots)
and the arc projector.

Great selection ADL. Ashley with the Revenant would be cool.

I totally forgot to pick it up though in my canon playthrough. I chose the Widow instead only to discover that Legion can make me one later. Whish I could get it another way.

lol The arc projector always crashed ME2 for me.
Everytime I used it and shot at an enemy I was back on my desktop.

I thought squadmates had unlimited ammo. Never saw them run out of it before.

What's everyone's ideal ending to an unroamcned Ashley's character arc?

To me it'd be awesome if she served in the Alliance until they force her to retire, and she'd have a rank like Commander or even rear admiral (just under normanl admiral from my last check of the Alliance ranks.)

I wouldn't even be able to imagine that.

I romanced her in every playthrough except FemShep which I can't continue to play because of the lack of Ashley romance. (I heard that there is a way but can't find how to do it)

Having said that i could tell you how I imagine a romanced Ashley ending.

I am hoping that we are going to see Ashley in her new ME3 armor in the next couple of days.

Perhaps we even get a new demo with Ash. That would be great. More Ash is always good.

My guess is that it will be Femshep and Kaidan or Vega. They have been dropping hints about Vega already and we have already seen a brief glimpse of Ash.

We have seen Ash only in that spandex outfit and many of us raged over that until Casey Hudson asured us that she will get full armor and a helmet.

They also mentioned that we will see her in full armor in the next batch of ME3 screenshots that they will release. That has to be ComicCon unless they don't plan to release any new screenshots there but that would be weird especially for marketing reasons.

I would like to see her actions result in bringing respect to the Williams name in the Alliance.

Ashley and Shepard are the dream team.

Only one missing now would be Kaidan. Shepard, Ashley and Kaidan was always my squad in ME1.

Hm... maybe in ME3. Yeah... Shepard, Ashley and Vega. Sounds like they would wipe the floor with those Cerberus agents and the reapers.

Don't need any other squadmates if that BW tweet was right about Ashley = Lethality and Vega = Survivability.

Well as much promise as Vega shows, I'm still hell bent on Ashley and Miranda being the main squad in my first couple of PT's. Miranda with her passive and always available pwoers and Ashley's increased health and weapon damage. Damn, the husks, collectors, and cerberus mercs don't stand a chance.

To the weapon loadout question....

I'd give her the following:

Heavy Weapon - Not really sure... I'd think she'd like something explosive (that rules out arc projector, particle beam, flamethrower, avalanche, and black hole gun... and I wouldn't give her the Cain b/c it takes too long to fire... sooo... either the Grenade Launcher or Rocket Launcher)

Well... wait.... WAIT A MINUTE!!! You can play Mass Effect WITHOUT romancing Ashley!?!  .... I think that falls under blasphemy!! 

Idk... I'd definitely like her to earn her family name some respect in the alliance and hell make it one of the more honored family names at that! I think I'd like her to get her own ship, sort of like the Normandy... quick and agile so she could run her own missions and yeah... definitely retire as a high ranking officer....

as for Rear Admiral... I'd be her ... Rear Admiral...

EDIT: As for squad makeup.... I'm going Ashley and Garrus for my main squad!
