It comes with different layers (co-workers, friendship, love) in the series while Ashley's romance only felt similar in ME1. In ME3, her romance got reduced to the love part only. Liara's relations' access to more content in terms of "romance" and "interactions" relatively other characters doesn't make those relations with Liara perfect. It just making them more filled, but not perfect. It's like comparing which car is better - one with roof and windshield or another without roof and windshield but with seats and four wheels instead of three.
No argument on Ash. Her "romance" had two good things - final words in London and her being carried on Shepard's hands. In all other parts it's even worse than Jack's or Kelly's.

LOK is good, it's got very dark underlying themes but it's really a wonderful series... I'm just a little distressed that two out of three of the main characters seem to get curb-stomped a lot, but considering they've had little to no formal training, they're putting up good fights.

Yes, the Air Nomads return in the form of Aang's youngest son and his three grandchildren (fourth is on the way). I love the Avatar, she's kinda like a younger Ash - a bit hotheaded, stubborn and very driven but a bit naive to the grander world. A real firebend-first-ask-questions-later kind of Avatar.

I'm not defending BW but it's a lot easier to write for one character because we don't have to concern ourselves with plot or how it affects which color explosion you end up with. Ashleys role could and should have be improved but I thought I'd let you know how I see it.

I love Legend of Korra it's better than I expected

Very intriguing main characters, villains, and setting. I'm really enjoying the show so far.

@ Aurora: and I thought Katara is pretty much like Ash (or vice versa: Ash borrows some stuff from Katara). I love to see Korra ... especially if it continues the Avatar universe. Think Aang is a spirit!mentor - that's what I heard.

And no way. I don't think anyone wants to make you cry. Besides that - since Shepley has no happy end, there's no light that gives you a better hope. There's a difference between tears of temporary sadness or tears of despair (which is the current case).

Ashley: You already are. I mean, the huge burn scars over your left side should be considered are a trophy of the war. Chicks dig scars. I know this one does.
Shepard: What about my tats?
Ashley: Those are just icing on the cake.

@TNS. My favourite Character, and oddly at the same time, most hated Character is Mako. He's awesome as an older brother, but his doting and control is ultimately his greatest failing as well. Bolin's naivete and dependancy is the prime example of his weakness.
An typical Earthbender is to be stubborn and unyielding. Bolin would have done better as an Airbender with his personality, and Mako a Earthbender, but their personalities are ultimately crippling their potential. Mako's too controling. Firebending is one part passion, another part control. His control is the greatest seen in any of the characters, but he lacks passion very badly. 

And I'm gonna stop there. I could write an essay on their personalities affecting their bending, but I'm too tired and this is the wrong forum to do so.

Ashley: That's something I wanted to discuss before you asked me about Skipper. We've got orders. The Charon Relay is offline and since the Normandy is one of the few fully operational ships left, it's our task. Just a small trip.
Joker: Sure. When do we start?
Ashley: Less than an hour. We need to pick up Tali and Matriarch Aethyta first - both are on board of the Destiny Ascension.
Joker: Alright. *stretches*
Ashley: Yeah ... hope we can get a break sooner or later. Feels like ages since I slept last time ...

I don't think you can yet, I have the same issue, you have to be on something like 2 weeks before you can upload pics and stuff...I think

Then you can use the normal tags [img]abc.jpg[/img ] (without the last space)
