Finished my last playthrough last week (Ashmancer, of course). I still haven't imported any of my other Shepards. Right now, I'm waiting for the EC to come around...

I'm currently running through ME1 and then onto ME2 then finally 3. By the time I get to 3 I'm hoping the ending dlc will be out, otherwise I'll just stop before the ending.

Ashley: Things happen, true. But the really big stuff happens when you're around. Leave me my Black Widow, kay? I want to leave my tiny mark too, Skip.
Shepard: Okay, sounds like a deal. Just ... pick another name for that gun.
Ashley: Then I call her ... "Long John".
Shepard: Now that I think of it, I love "Spear of God". Naming a gun after a certain Commander's "special tool" is not appropriate.
Ashley: Just kidding you. Think I call her "Buster". She busts our enemy's dreams after all.
Shepard: Or heads.
Ashley: Or heads!

It's kinda his trademark gun since BW was too lazy to give him the right gun in several scenes. The Avenger is used as this "lazy" gun whenever that happens. ^^

I loved the Avanger in ME3, Avanger X is surprisingly deadly for soldiers.

Did you ever tried M-99 Saber/ M-96 Mattock or Revenant?
Bleh... I must admin, this is good weapon, maybe the best if you can use it.

Ok so this is basically part 2. Any feedback is great. Trying to improve slowly. I also think I'm going to start posting these to the Ash group instead of here because I feel like these are getting to long and don't want to take up space.

A few hours later.....
Shepard: EDI, get me a vid-com link to my mother.
EDI: Ok, Shepard. Establishing connection.....connected.

Hannah: Paul? Is that you?
Shepard: Hey mom, did I wake you?
Hannah: No, I was up preparing the Crucible for transit. Its nearly ready to move into Earth’s orbit once you give the go ahead.
Shepard: Thats good. The Normandy will be arriving in the Sol system in about two hours. Mom...I don’t know if we can do this. No one knows what the Reapers have in store for us. Everything we have been fighting for over these past 3 years will be for nothing if I can’t pull this off. I’ve had impossible odds stack against me before...twice even but this time...I might fail.
Hannah: We have faith in you, I have faith in you. You are special son, more so then you realize and that is why you will complete this mission and defeat the Reapers.
Shepard: I’m starting to come undone. My dreams....my dreams, more like nightmares, are getting to me. I hear voices...your voice, Ash, Kaiden, Mordin, and Thane. Everyone that we have lost so far. Why them? Why did they die and I survive? So much death surrounds me and yet I always manage to make it out alive.
Hannah: They gave their lives because they saw what I see. They know you are the best chance we have against the Reapers and without you we would surely fail and have the same fate as the Protheans.
Shepard: We both know the odds of me coming back from this mission are slim at best. This most likely will be a one way trip for me, I can feel it. My only regret is the fact that I might have to break my promise to her. Ash, the woman I love...I don’t know how she will handle my death if this does end up being a one way trip for me. Take care of her for me mom. I love you.
Hannah: I will son. Ḕ tā̀n ḕ epì tâs

The screen dims and Shepard sits back in his chair.

Ashley: What does it mean?
Shepard: Huh? Oh, how long have you been spying on me Miss Williams *with a playful smile on his face*
Ashley: Spying, ha! When you asked me to move into your cabin it became half mine, so what is said in this cabin is my business.
Shepard: I guess you do have a point there.
Ashley: Besides, I only heard the last thing that was said. Was that your mom?
Shepard: Yeah it was. Wanted to see how she was doing and just wanted to talk to her before we hit Earth. You should really call your mom Ash, I’m sure she and your sister would want to hear from you before the final assault.
Ashley: Yeah, they would. I’ll call them in a little while. Now...what does it mean?
Shepard: Oh yeah right sorry. It means “either with your shield, or on it”. Spartan mothers would say this to their son before they left for battle.
Ashley: I remember learning about the Spartans when I took a military history class in High School. By the way, you’ll be coming back with your shield, not on it. I’ll make sure of it skipper.

I love the Mattock too, but avenger just makes me seem more accurate and deadly when upgraded fully. I dont know, i just prefer it. I prefer Revenant in MP, i like laying out covering fire from a height.

Everyone says Revenant is powerful, but not for me. (I just writed this 'cause everyone say is good).
Mattock is from Cerberus and look stupid. (For me ofc)
M-99 Saber is more Sniper Rifle (lolz)
So... I'm with you. The only AR for Shepard is Avenger

Well, whatever you want to make Ash YOUR Ash.

In my case, I wouldn't change that much, just in ME3:

- more "Skipper moments"
- Ash uses bun & open hair at right moments
- Ash is a naked sleeper (no underwear after sexy timez ^^)
- More talk with Skipper
- Permanently move in to Shepard's cabin & decorate something ...

Wow  =)    this thread sure jumped in content.

Hmm... haven't seen Ash in ME3 yet but I sort of miss her bun. Just seems to be a little messy to fight with lose hair flopping around. Hoping that story-dlc later on will have some extra convos with Ash and FemShep. I would love to be able to get some sort of sister-in-arms-scene with her. One can always hope for something like that later on.

Guilty. I am a fan of the movie. I also learned a lot about that battle in Military History class when I was in High School, which is why Ash mentioned learning about it there.
