Hi guys, I have a question: What is different about the Ash romance in ME3 if you did/didn’t stay faithful to her in ME2?

When she is in hospital her first chat wont be as friendly with you if you cheated on her. She will bring up the love interest from ME2. 
She isnt fond if you romance Miranda or Jack but seems ok with Tali.... until Geth dreadnaught. 
She acts rather jealous infront of Shepard during Geth dreadnaught mission if you bring her along. The convosation has different outcomes depending on if your repersuing a romance with Ash or going after Tali... or playing them both. Its funny actually XD


Oh... and also  -  in the romance scene instead of Shepard saying "I love you" ... he will say "Ash" ... randomly. 

Many thanks for the reply i've never cheated on Ash in any of my playthroughs in ME2 and always romanced her in ME3 so i've never seen how it plays out if you don't, I just can't imagine Mass effect without Ash as LI

Completed the survey and then told them more Ash content would be amazing to add in future DLC. I also like how one of the questions was what would you rate ME3 before the ending lol. I gave it a 10 but gave the ending itself a 4/10.

It was a really interesting perspective with Ryan. Not used to Shepard getting all the hate.  Again, interesting twist on the ME world as we know it.  Good job.

I plan on starting this fanfic once I finish a current one I'm reading. I do have a question though, do you plan on updating the other story you did? The Sorrow of Stones in Life.

yes yes i do, I have been slowly working on it. thought i was about to finish it, but i didn't like the flow of chapter so i started from scratch. so i plan on finishing it soon. should be out within the next week or two. probably plan on publishing it along with chapt 13 of this story as well. just work with me here

just rewatched the ME3 destroy ending I got.

Nice to know Joker and Ash (My LI obviously) will be restarting humanity on a tropical paradise planet while my shep gets crushed under 100 tons of rubble....... not.

No rush lol. I just liked the story because Shepard and Ash were about to start a life together and settle down. Was nice considering the ending of ME3

Did the survey, need to be distracted... (trying to avoid history work).
Still working on chapter five, I been thinking on whether I should include the menae mission or not... Opinions? There is heaps of Ashley content in chapter five, have the hospital dialogue, edited to suit me a bit more but people should happy with it.

some of the cutscene in me3 with ash was good but it could be better if they put in some effort like the drunk scene, i was waiting for a paragon icon to appear so that i can carry her up and bring her to the captain cabin.

Meh. First half of the game was good with Ash (too bad, she wasn't on board), second half was meh ...

And yeah, I wish the drunken scene would have come in two versions: neutral and lovers. And lovers get the option to pick her up and carry her to bed in Shepard's cabin ^^

You're right, Data. Passion for the writing was there overall but for specific elements (read Ashley) it was non-existent. That is what separates the work posted here from the game; people care.

Hello everybody!
So I've been reading for this thread at least... one month, I think. Well, what to say about me, I just another fan of Mass Effect from first part and ect. and ect. I suppose you heard storys like that thousand times already.
Well, what I think about Ash? I see that she is the one of the difficultest character in Mass Effect story. When I first saw her on Eden Prime she didn't impress me. But when the story started to develop I admitted that she is pretty amusing. And then comes this dialoge where Ashley says that she don't trust aliens. After this I started to think that Ash is a racist. This was pretty unpleasant for me, but it didn't stop my wish to understand that character. After all what i read and saw i undertand that she isn't racist at all. In Mass Effect 3 happens evrething that she warned about. What about Shepard/Ashley... I think Williams is the best possible woman for our dear galactic hero. (I'm a Sheploo fan) Liara, Tali and many others are good too, but the most beautiful and interesting story happens between this two spectres. How they reading Thenisson to each other, what happens on Mars, theyre jokes and emotional moments... That's what make Mass Effect story so heart touching, epic and very interesting.
And yes, I suppose I should thank you all in this thread for nice discussions and great dialogs. They giving me so much good emotions, and this was very helpful for me after I saw the ending... And about ending, I like the conception of endings, but I hate how the creators make that.

As much as I enjoy the hangover scene, and ordering Joker to sing to Ash over the comm, I can't help but wish it was scrapped entirely for something different.

I just recently finished a playthrough where Kaidan was the VS (I swear it only happens once or twice out of all my playthroughs), and he has a conversation where you talk frankly about Cerberus and the Illusive Man, and how he feels about the whole situation.

After it was over, I was like "goddamn, I wish Ashley would talk to me like this."

I get sadface when I think about Ashley's treatment when she steps back aboard the Normandy.

One of the first things people who don't like Ashley always say is about her being 'racist' but as you said if you just talk and get involved with the character it becomes pretty obvious she isn't. I also agree with yu that i don't think any other relationship is as well done as Shepard and Ashleys, it's brilliant even though a bit lacking in ME3 but thats not the characters fault

The story and dialogue here are way better than the game. I have a few ideas that i wanted to post but i dont think i can as good as some of you guys here like dahellraider, CptData and many others
