I just replayed ME1. Its kinda disturbing how prophetic Ashley is. Especially with regards to the other species' reaction to Earth getting Reaperized.

Actually, Kaidan and Ashley are the series' prophets. On a lesser extend that also applies on Liara, but ... it's less visible. She's the only one that sees the capabilities of mankind - and Shepard, who's the very symbol of humanity. Ash & Kaidan are prophets of the "big picture". Which is really cool.
Too bad both never saw the endings coming ...

Question time! What do you think would've happened to Ash would Shepard have never took her aboard? Supposing she would survive Eden Prime somehow, would she have stayed a grunt never getting the appreciation she deserves, or worked her way up the ranks somehow? etc.
