good news on the Kaidan VA doing some more work, I would think others are not far behind. This at least means EC will be more than just epilogues in the DA style like they originally said.

@Helmnath Yea it's brilliant news, I won't be hearing this Kaidan dialogue saying as he bravely sacrificed himself so that I could romance Ash but it is very promising that the other characters will be needed also, here's hoping for many more lines from Kimerbly Brooks and her fantastic voice.

I really like writing fan stuff, wether it be fanfic or dialouges, I think I'll make another soon. I really like writing oneshots because everytime I try to write for a post-me3 story I can't acctually think of a story.

On another note, the voice actors are really important to the EC that we want, and I'm happy to see that progress is happening.

For what reasons do we have to have EDI back for more speech? I'm not complaining I just find it odd that they are really worrying about EDI when there are so many possible LIs people really want to have more interaction with.

Plus if Kaidan is back surely that means Ashley has to be does it not? They wouldn't have extra dialogue for one character you can save and not have any for the other surely?

it wouldn't make sense to just do voice for kaidan, since they both do the VS, so my hopes are now high lol

Ashley and Shepard are heroes and heroes never die.

The legacy of heroes is the memory of a great name and the inheritance of a great example.

I kinda wonder what life would be like a couple months or years after the ME3 ending would be like for the two. Depending on what goes on in your head canon I think that Shepard and Ashley would either stay with the Normandy crew and the ship itself doing what they do best. I also feel that going on the whole "legend" idea, I think that maybe Shepard and Ash would be instructors for a Military Academy or N7 etc. So obviously Shepards class will be the hardest class to get into at the military college.

Well, at least they live better...

Remember Eve again - life become too easy. Or Frank Herbert's Dune series - remember what had happened with freemen. Image IPB

Yeah, there is too many similarities, all my friends noticed that.

For same reason Fallout and Witcher are popular in Eastern Europe - "feels like home". Lizards as not as big, of course. Image IPB

BioWare always concentrating on details, and that was theyre miss.

Strange way to concentrate on details and miss most of them totally.
That reminds me of cake with raisins - when you carefully eat cake but leave raisins on plate - in this case you too can say that you was concentrating on raisins. Image IPB

But I wanted Shepard alive... He is my favorite game character. (Sheploo)

I tend to like Shepard as well, but, like I said, I'm fine with character death if death was reasonable or really "unpreventable" - like stray bullet or any other form of shot. When character's death is enforced on us (Mordin, Thane, Legion) or implied the way it was implied (Shepard) it feels unnatural (as well as all "kiddo" theme), so instead of compassion it only cause irritation.

Raphael Sbarge (Kaidan) just now tweeted that he's currently doing recordings for ME3! That can only mean the talented Ms. Kimberly Brooks cannot be far behind! Does this mean moar VS for the EC? Could this mean we get that reunion with Ash?

Keep on hoping, fellow Ashoholics! Image IPB

Pfeh. that's remind me of pre-release statements about "thousands of dialogue strings". Where are those dialogues? They are mostly monologues. So I guess Raph and others will just record a couple of generic phrases sort of desperate yell "Shepard!", then either totally ruined whisper "Shepard... I lost you again" or hopeful "Shepard, hold on, I'm not losing you again" and then, for epilogue either "we lived happy in this post-war horror, helping to rebuild", or "Shepard lived [see above]" or "I was never able to bring myself to new relationships with someone" or "I followed Shepard last wish and finally married".

And yes, I would be happy if I will be wrong. But after what I saw, I'd better prepare for worst. Although, as practice shows, no matter how low you lowerd your bar, real outcomes could be any lower.

Yeah, I don't expect much from the EC.

I think the best I'll ever be able to hope for is just stopping before the "canon" ending and inserting my own ending.

EDIT: That "top of the page" Ash pic is amazing, by the way. Ash is beautiful...Image IPB

I agree. Hair down, blue, ...skirt? Completly out of character from the tomboy marine from ME1. I personaly like ME1 Ash much better than ME3 Ash.

I've been a fan of the Ash looks through out all the games and I love her look in ME3, I always loved her look in the other 2 games with her armour and hair in a bun but I agree with DWH1982 she looks fantastic now and thats...thats just great Image IPB

I like both of her looks. People change the way they look sometimes. I don't have any problems with it in terms of fitting with her character. As an officer, she can get away with a little more. I never felt that Ash felt a need to supress her feminine side or anything. I always figured the "tomboyish" look was more of a practical matter, and that Ash wouldn't have any problem letting her hair down or wearing make up off duty.

The only issue I have at all is that she doesn't wear her hair in a bun in combat. That is a practical matter - hard to shoot when your hair is blocking your view.

It's not only about tomboy marine, she's officer now, she should look like one, not like... Well, I'm out of analogies here. That shine on skin remind me old anecdote:
- Why your napkins so greasy?
- Don't wipe your face with pancakes!

And skirt - "Miranda Lawson? I wear armor in battle". Yeah, sure. Image IPB
For me ME3 Ash is perfect example how make-up can make you look worse.

Who really cares if her hair is down, it's a big deal and age is not wearing a skirt. Her look has changed so what? It's still Ash get over it. She is a female she can decide to wear make up its not "out of character"; and please for the love of god stop with the Miranda comparison.
