Yeah, if I had to rewrite the ME plot, I'd say the Dark Energy issue becomes the new plot. The Reapers are ... well. Enemy and key at the same time to deal with that issue - basically what the original head writer had in his mind ^^


@ Ushanka: of course. Ashley loves to go into bars, so she also enjoys night clubs. Overall, she's a very social person, as long as it does not have impact on her duties.

I like the concept but Parasini isn't a soldier. She's an undercover cop. She simply isn't military of any capacity. Sure - she knows how to handle herself and knows her way around a sidearm but fighting Reapers isn't her style. Her style in infiltration and investigation. Her role is better suited to a War Room advisor providing leads on the Dark energy interest like Wrex/Wreav, the Primarch and Shala'raan.

Don't think Ash'd be much of a dancer, much more happy to sit in the corner drinking and laughing. But yea she'd probably enjoy going out but I don't see her as a mad party girl

She seemed to like nightclubs in ME1. Dancing with Ash is one of my favorite parts of that game.

Interestingly, while I think she was mostly well behaved as a teenager, in my head canon she did have a few moments of rebellion where she got out of hand or did things that might seem out of character to the Ash we know today. A lot of it was just her feeling like she had too much responsibility from helping out with her sisters, and needed to let off some steam. Then she'd end up in situations where she did things she regretted. It's honestly why the drunk/hungover scene worked for me - somtimes that part of teenager Ash can still show her head, if Ash has too much to deal with.

I also think she made one or two mistakes with guys as a teenager. It's helped contribute to her being less than trusting as an adult, and is one reason it takes her so long to trust Shepard again in ME3 and rekindle a relationship. As a result of her teenage years, she does not take relationships lightly, and simply isn't going to jump in to one without putting thought into it - not even with someone she has a history with.

Uhh, DWH, in my headcanon, Ash was a real hottie in her teenage days. She and her sisters? Awesome Williams Sisters *g*

In short: Ash had a great childhood and youth. Of course, she had experience with guys. In my idea, she had two: her first was a douche, and her second relationship ended sad (he died).

And yeah, Ashley loves dancing. She doesn't care if Shepard is a bad dancer, as long as she can dance with him. And maybe he learns a trick or two of her *g*

All of that depends on whether Parasini would be well suited as a squadmate, anyway. As someone pointed out, maybe she's not a good choice to fill Ash's role.

As DWH says I could see her being mostly very responsible and sensible but of course she has a wild side, everyone has some way to let off steam.
I always thought she'd have been the sort of girl at school who was very tough and didn't take any crap from the boys, one of those girls the boys were a bit scared off cause they knew she could kick their ass.

If you're romancing them, you can dance with any of the LIs - Ash, Kaidan, or Liara.

Default set (a.k.a. "all dead, all dead") is already quite full - EDI replaced M&Ms (Mordin and Miranda - Incineration and Overload, plus she can tank, actually, at least as damage soaker), Vega is another tank, Grunt/Zaeed replacement type, Liara is Liara - pure biotic. Pretty much enough for everything.

She's IA detective, that's more Hitman-based game, not Mass Effect, especially Mass Effect 3. (Though that "stealth" in ME2 Arrival was quite hilarious).
As MACharlie1 said, she is totally different type of character, they should avoid confrontation at all costs, even if they are capable in hacking and all that techy-mumbo-jumbo. Her presense on missions should be like Xen on dreadnaught in case Tali is dead.
