Since everybody thinks it's the end of the worlds, now that the reapers are here. I think Shep and Ash's relationship has gotta be a... hold-nothing-back kind of thing. The relationship should continue right from the get-go.

I'm interested to see what Ash and Shep will say to each other first, when they meet. It might be something akward like....Shep opens a door and BAM! there's Ashley right in front of him. Face-to-face.

Do we know if Ashley or Kaidan will be participating in Shepard's trial or not? Most of us have seen the game-play footage of Shepard evacuating Earth but, do you think that the scene with them on the Normandy will be their first hand introduction into the game?

You kiddin' me? The trial is the perfect time to reconcile what with Shepard being grounded and detained. There's only a single mission with Anderson (escape from Earth) after that anyways, so no matter what we will get VS goodness right from the (near?) beginning.

My guess is that Ash/Kaidan will be Shepard's security escort during the trial. If they spin it like that, yeah, we'll be seeing Ash right off the bat in ME3.

Ashley as the character witness would be interesting. She's the only person from your original crew that is still alive or affiliated with an official government (I doubt Wrex has created a government yet and Tali is still a work in progress). Would be awkward though if you cheated on her...

That could be the "bring you up to speed" thing where shepard talks about events in ME2 to Ashley/Kaidan. telling her/him The thigns that happened on the SR-2

This could be really effective/affective if done properly.  It's funny.  I'm pretty sure I remember hearing that ME2 was to be the "darkest" of the trilogy, but with everything/everyone that's at stake I'd think ME3 would be.  I know they're planning on bringing more humor back this time, so hopefully Ashley plays a big part in that.  She made me laugh a lot in ME1.

Depending on the Shepard it could be a  "will I forgive her" I've Rp'd a few sheps who were furious with her over it and a few who were upset at themselves. it's really a coin flip to put blame I guess.

Ya, as far as reconciling goes, having that happen soon into the game would be pretty nice..  I don't want it to be like ME2 where I just kept waiting and waiting... and waiting, for it to come and rushing through the game to get to the point when I thought it was coming... Unfortunately in ME2's case, it never came.  But ya, It would be a lot easier to really enjoy the game overall if my Shep could at least begin the "let's make up" process early on.

i know wat you mean after the scene where shepard looks at ash's picture i thought TIM was gonna do something speacial for me and put me through to ash in order to give me some extra motivation.

to much to hope for......maybe but at that moment couldnt accept that horizon was it for the whole game

Something I thoguht of earlier today: Does anyone know if any of Ashley's sisters have enlistedin the Alliance? I know Ashley's theoldest and sarah's the youngst and she mentions some of sarah's time in high schoolin ME1so could one of the other two have enlisted?

from the little we hear and know of them from ME1,no they are not apart of the alliance military.but that was 3 years ago by ME3 things may have changed.

I'd love to meet the William's family. I know I had a chapter in my story where Ashley met Hannah Shepard for Spacer shep and they grew to like each other sine Ashley cna relate having Military parents.

In ME3 it's gonna be difficult (to say the least) to find anywhere safe.  Perhaps a side quest to help Ashley's family IS for the best.

I actually have spent time wondering where they are actually living at the moment. Will Ashley's family be immediately threatened by the Reapers? We don't know if her sisters will make it out alive through the course of the game, really.

think bioware will let us meet atleast some of them in ME3.the devs seem to have been paying attention to our wants this entire time....if so they must already know our desire to meet and interact with the rest of her family.
