BioWare told us that if Shepard cheated, then it's not going to be easy, resolve this problem.

Thanks, and ya Liara does hey! My first play through I got roped into her romance and didn't realize it until to late... My bad, so that's why I want to make sure it all goes well without having to find out when exactly to save just incase.

Well it’s a lot harder than the previous games any way. Ashley can die if you cheat because her trust is too low in Shepard.

I tried romancing Liara in ME1 but I just couldn't follow through, she was just so closed off and boring. She had a serious shrinking violet mentality and while some may find that attractive, I don't.

So Tali and Jack won't be mad if I say no to them to be with Ash?

Yes. Tali and Jack are okay with it. They don't have any god damn trust tests.

But if you cheat on Ash... you'll miss out on the more 'happier' conversations with Ash. If you want the best experience with Ash in ME3, don't cheat.

I kind of wish there was an option for Ash and Liara to duke it out and Shepard can either:
tell them to shut up and get back to work,
support Ash, which gets Liara to stop flirting to much,
or support Liara which damages his romance with Ash.

To be honest, you can actually save Ashley. Your para/ren rep just has to be ridiculously high for that point in the game.

The most interesting fact, that Ash react on cheating with Tali not angry. She saying that Tali like a sister for her and she understands why Shepard hooked up with Tali. :)
And if you end up with Tali she will be fine, maybe sad a bit, but not mad. :)

I'm surprised that most of you just write that off. But then again, the majority of people think Ashley is racist, when she's not. There's definitely a lot going on under the surface with Ashley if Shepard cheats on her with Tali. Break down what she says: "Like a little sister. I approve." It's still a bite. After all, Tali is a kid when you met her, and Ashley's drilling that fact home. I honestly think that Ashley's just holding back for Tali's sake.

And no, she isn't all okay with it. Her trust gets lowered in Shepard. So it does have some effect. You also don't get rewarded with the unique lines from both Shepard and Ash, if you cheat.

i think that no matter who you choose, the whole scene is just awkward. choose one over another = catfight.
staying faithful to either one of them seems to be the better choice

Yep. I roleplay my Shepard hardcore, so no cheating for me. It wouldn't make all that much sense. Shepard is a smart enough man to figure it out - either you love someone or you don't. If you still care about her you ain't gonna cheat with the nearest peice of ass. Besides, my Shep considers Ash worth waiting for. She's who he wants.
I have romanced the others love interest in muck-around playthroughs which I never import, though. Posted Image

I know you can, but if you cheat Ashley's trust gets lowered. It depends on the choices you've made as well. Her trust gets lowered if you let TIM keep the base. But what idiot does that, right? Posted Image

It should be hard for someone's Shepard to get her back. She wasn't happy that u joined Cerberus and the fact she didnt hear from u in 2 yrs(right?). The letter u get tells u that she's not totally upset but u have a romance with someone else anyways. Who wouldn't be mad?!

I think bio handled it well if it's hard and they get over it eventually.

I do the very same thing with my primary playthrough with Ash, she is definitely worth the wait. Although I made the mistake of importing my other playthrough where I romanced Miranda, I guess I was just wasn't emotionally invested enough to like it.

I dislike her skin colour, and the fact she looks so human... reminds me too much of the Orions in Star Trek. I just find her disturbing... the whole exotic alien thing isn't something I find attractive... Oh yeah, and I don't swing that way. Why the hell do people think I play M!Shep? M!Shep = Eye candy galore. I'm so glad that Ash seems to agree too. ;)

I'll never understand why anyone would cheat on Ashley. Sure, I know those other women are tempting...

But that's what additional playthroughs are for!

Maybe Ashley has an astronomy fetish, that would explain her never leaving the observatory deck

Ashleys ME1 romance - Talk about family, service, religion, swap stories, flirt and joke, learn about her family's history, reminisce that you two went to the same boot-camp in Brazil, learn her interests, you're parents both served in the Alliance, form a huge connection with her after Virmire, or if you’re sole-survivor Shepard understand the loss of her squad personally.
Liara’'s - Talk about reproduction in an embarrassing way. Take pity on Saren. Feel like a child-snatcher. Posted Image

Eh. I'll admit, blue is my colour. But I prefer Liara as a close friend, but for my Shepard it could never be more than a deep friendship. Liara is my Shepard's closest friend. Mostly because of the whole mind rape thing.

Cheating is not mistake, you clearly know you're doing it. And you couldn't care less about the other person's feelings.

I'm on to you. Ashley's on to you. Posted Image

My Shepard was stressed out too, but then he looked at Ash's picture and then he was better. And if you were wondering if that was a masturbation reference, then you'd be right.
