Yes, but that usually manifests in earily childhood, most kids like that don't see past age 6-7

It never got detected - and when they finally found it, it was too late.

Ashley's second BF knew he would die. And Ash knew it too. It didn't keep her away from him, she simply loved that boy. I think she was around 16, he was 18 or so - and a skilled biotic.

Somewhere in the depths of this thread I wrote it down ... approx 1000 pages earlier or so.

I'm pretty Certain that they would detect something like that. With Eezo exposures - Lucky kids = Biotics, Unlucky kids = stillborn/die of brain cancer in their first years. There's no midway. It's one or the other. You could say that Slavers tried to capture and sell him on the black market and he fought them off being mortally wounded while doing so. Biotic humans are actually pretty highly valued on the BM.

Or even a genetic heart defect that the doctors didn't notice. In 1 you can convince a couple to get genetic mods for a unborn child who had a heart defect.

@Mega, it's brewed in Northern Ireland so woohoo!

Horizons I was hoping they'd mention ME in some way as well but I suppose what now would they have to talk about as it's not a new game? Maybe they could say why they cut out so much Ash content? Or why they didn't give the people what they want? ASHLEY!!!!!

I believe it's pronounced "NORN IRON" Posted Image

Good beer, though. Wonder what Ashley drinks...

I have Biowares thought process: we can ruin the ending of our best franchise but we can give same sex options for all characters

Well I'm from there, I didn't want to confuse anyone by advertising our biggest metal company lol

Great Jubilee service atm, I imagine this is what Shepards thanksgiving ceremony would be like after the Reapers when the galaxy comes to thank Shepard for saving them all. Maybe without so many hymns though lol

Well, I think a heart defect is easier to detect than brain cancer. Especially it it's "sleeping". My fiancee's dad has brain cancer (it got removed but can return any time) and it was hard to detect. Actually, the doctors said it started to grow ten years ago but slept most time (slow growing rate). It suddenly increased growing rate and within less than a year he had more and more headaches and numbness in his feet and fingers. When they finally find the reason, it nearly was too late.

I'd say it's really hard to detect "sleeping cancer".

A heart defect is far easier to find.

@Mega, I'm from Ballymoney near the North Coast, about half an hour from Antrim.

Ushanka I'm sure whatever you write in your headcanon will be good, I know what you mean though I don't really like talking about mine cause I worry it would be too different. Although mine seems to agree with most peoples on here

I always liked the spacesuits in ME1, but I really like Ash's blue armor in ME3.

@Danny; I can't believe you live in Ballymoney... You must be an RFC fan, right?

I prefer Ash's ME3 armor over her ME1 armor, to be honest.

Pink is just... no.

Well if you mean what I think you do then not really, I'm not a huge fan of Scottish Football (no offense) so I don't watch all that much of it, but when it comes to certain Old Firm matches I would yes.

Someone pointed out the othe day how they are more Alliance like, I think it was DWH, I hadn't really thought of that before but since then I'm more a fan of it. I do still prefer the old armour but I'm happy with whatever she is in...(I'm not going to sink to the levels of saying i prefer when she is in nothing ;)

I think that Ashley's armor in 3 is pretty awesome. It's not as state of the Art as Shepard's but it's damned better than anyone else whose not on the Normandy. I just wish you could get her Phoenix colours on the armor, not just her casual outfit (Why does she even wear that in combat anyway? They're civies.)

@Danny; Guess I'm like you in that department, I watch some old firm games, but mostly I watch the prem for the better football. But for me, that beef is dead, if you know what I mean.

@DWH; I wasn't a big fan of Ashley's pink armor, but I liked the shape and design of it. It looked like a spacesuit at least. I prefer my Ash in a standard Alliance uniform. I wanted her in t-shirt like Vega's for ME3. Not that jacket, but then again... Bioware had to make her look like an officer this time around and not a grunt.
