Pounding the pavement doing drill practice in the hot sun for over 5 hours...lets just say my beret doesn't smell that great afterwards.

I miss the days I only had to wear it to and from work, and never had to worry about it otherwise.

Shepard: I'd prefer not to.
Ashley: Ok. I get that. So what did you wanna talk about?
Shepard: *Brushes hand through her hair.* I just wanted to see you.
Ashley: Then can I get a kiss from my Skipper?
Shepard: That an order, LC?
Ashley: Yes it is.

Don't worry SJNKD only 3 years, the loss of her love, a long road to emotional recovery, an eventful meeting on Horizon and a lot of convincing to do before you can get back together before Shepard...dies and leaves Ash...a second time

Very good Aurora, I always liked that pic and that's a nice dialogue to go with it

I can't take credit for it, I think someone else wrote a dialouge weeks back where Ash mocked Shepard about that. I just "borrowed" the idea.

See, I always thought the stripe was a pride thing. Just Shepard's visual statement of pride in himself.

And for Ash's blue stripe. I'm thinking the colour for the S units is that blue.

I always figured they put it on there so people know he's the squad leader.

Though that might not be the smartest thing, because it would also make him a target.

I'm too lazy to come up with a name for it, but my head canon has Edwin Shepard preferring a beer that's brewed on Mindoir. He thinks of it as a little taste of home.

No one else seems as enthusiastic about it. They don't think it's bad. It's just that it's not amazing, either.

Ash drinks it from time to time just to be a good sport.

Well, considering Shep always needs to loot random people's stuff in order to get credits to buy stuff, a sponsor would be awesome

No no no, yall have it all wrong. Red is a universally negative color, right? Stop signs, warnings, etc. On an N7 commando, it's like a visual signal that says "Do not **** with this dude!"

Or I could go with racing stripe. Racing stripes are awesome.
