Do you really think the AI in ME3 will be improved to the point where teammates actually prove useful?

I'll just slap sniper rifles on Ash and Garrus and do all the killing myself

When on Virmire take Ashley with you to assualt the base instead of sending her with the Salarians, then just speak to her.

I like that line, but personally I like sending her with the Salarians, so i never hear it. I think sending her with the Salarians is great for her character development.

I personally prefer Ash with Assault Rifles. Wrex is my shotgunner and Garrus is my sniper.

But that's just me. Ash looks good with any weapon.

I always give her the AR too.  Sometimes shotgun depending on who else I have with me.  My Shep is a soldier.

Mine is Infiltrator, but no matter who I play.. she just seems more natural with it.. prolly all the cutscenes getting to me.

I play infiltrator as well, and typically used AR Ashley + Shotgun Wrex as default squaddies unless someone else was called for by the mission (i.e. I used Tali only when I needed AI Hack or strong tech skills to open containers; I used Liara when facing biotics, etc...). Ash and Wrex are great to keep mooks off my back while I line up bosses for "Assassination" headshots. They were both pretty resilient when trained as tankers.

I'm curious to see if ME3 Ash will work as well in this role. Sounds like they've chosen Vega for this role...

I am glad Ash wont be forced into a catsuit. I cant think of her wearing anything else than a heavy armor during combat "bringiton you fraking toasters!!!":D

I'm the same. If Kirrahe dies then she leads the Salariansto the AA tower, it does alot for her character to go from not trusting Aliens to leading an STG unit and getting them to their objective.

When I made Kaidan-Alenko-Fans on dA, I had no clue there was another Kaidan related group, because it didn't come up in searches due the name being "Shenko".  It was nothing personal against the other group, and I hope that no one sees it as a competition.  I know that AD created Ashley-M-Williams to be as inclusive as possible for all types of fanart and writing related to Ashley.  That's the nice thing about dA groups, you can get maximum exposure for your work when there are groups that specialize in different aspects of an interest.

Just curious as to the motive... the only real downside to multiple groups, is the art kinda gets spread thin, not all artists know or upload to all the groups... So it makes it harder to find matrial, versus having relatively few or even a singular place to find it.

As an artist, I do searches for groups when I'm thinking about submitting my art, and I read the guidelines for each group, and make sure I'm putting it in the right place.  I have some of my art in nine or ten groups at once, it's really not a big deal, and I'm flattered when groups I haven't even heard about ask to feature my art.

I really don't see a downside to more exposure, and like I said, some groups have different philosophies and specializations.

I doubt it. She knows how to avoid it by being on Shepard's team in ME1 and if Kenson as any warning the alliance knows not to mess with Reaper "artifacts" as they can be disasterous. Ashley's no dummy.

So many great artists around here, but still no Ashley dance in Shepards quarter as Kelly does. What about some sexy dancing for the commander? I wish i could paint as good as some guys here can

Pretty much anything anyone is doing now is a spoiler. Tehy can't show us much because we complained about spoilers in the ME2 marketting, we know pretty much everything that's not a spoiler already and to go beyond that would be pretty much the opposite of what we asked of them. If there's anything else non-spoilery about ashley then they'll tell us but other than that I'd rather not be spoiled like "oh Ashley saves shepard from being captured inside a a reaper" or something super awesome liek that that I'd rather findout in the game rather than on the BSN.
