Yup Data, but this problem not only in Europe. Finding job becomes very, very difficult. First - you need excellent education, second - experience. Or you need to be engineer, or scientist. And only after this you have a chance to find good job.
And only in Russia everything is good. :D (Well, if you believe in fairytales from news... Situation is horrible, maybe the worst ever.)

Ash on first place? Interesting. Good news. =)
And looks like EC not going to be epic. That's bad news.

Ash has got 50%  Dafuq!?
So.. I heard Ash's voice actor did an interview recently saying that her lines for the EC were 'simple' that's bad. Image IPB

Simple? Didn't really get that from the interview.

Or maybe it's:

"Then I woke up and it was all a dream...."

Since it's page 1400 I fee like I need to make a statement...

I ROMANCED ASHLEY WILLIAMS IN ME3 AND HAVE NO REGRETS!

... Yes. Even if the EC is just more bullsh*t on top of bullsh*t.

The extended cut better put ashley's conversation with Shepard about the afterlife back in the game. That right there would make up for no SS path for her. It's THE conversation Ashley would have with Shepard no matter the sex.

I'm just curious here. I'm guessing that most of you don't like how Ashley's 'matured' in ME3, right? At least that's the impression I got, and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I took her on every mission I could in ME3, and I realized I really like how she's grown and developed over the years. She's a better solider, a better leader, more confident ect. I found myself listening to her comments sometimes, and damn… girl's got real good instincts. Especially when you compare her to Vega or Liara. I can see Ashley maybe filling in some big shoes after the war considering that half of humanity got wiped out. If she stays on with Alliance, they're going to keep on pushing her up the ranks for sure.

Well, MBE, Ash is destined to take Shepard's place as CO of the Normandy for sure (if there's ever a Normandy again or the SR2 can be salvaged and repaired).

@ AD: I don't think the EC will add that convo but there's a high chance a lot of Ashley's dialogues simply got bugged out - and bugs can be fixed.

She was originally supposed to be Anderson's XO, but I'd like her to have her own Command and ship. It's good to hear that if you send her with Hackett, she does real good work leading again.

That conversation won't be added because it's religious. I hate the bugs. The engineering dialogue won't play if you're in a ME1 romance with Ash. Sloppy work from BW.

It's religious ... right. And?
Ash is religious.

Hell, I'm an atheist. And I don't feel offended by Ashley's faith or religious topics.
Again, EA strikes and kills, huh?

It's one of the reasons I like taking James along with Ash. Him calling her "ma'am" and whatnot makes me laugh a little. Respecting the chain of command and all.

Makes me wonder if James tried to give Ash a nickname only for her to put him back in his place just as quick. Because she's professional like that.... mostly. Image IPB No, but she does seem like the hardass leader type, doesn't she?

Image IPB Yeah, I don't think she'd take any bullsh*t from her marines. I'd say she's had some snippy soliders to deal with in her time since Shepard's death. Sounds like she did good work training those recruits, though. Probably learned a thing or two from her AND Shepard’s old drill instructor. Image IPB

So I was right! Welcome new fellow-ash-buddy! You're definitely an ex-lurker. I'm afraid you've got no choice but to become a regular poster in this thread now. Sorry, you've doomed yourself by revealing youself to us. Image IPB

Anyways, gotta bounce. Have an Ash guys, and I'm off :)

Time to say farewell ..
At least for the next few days. I'm driving back home to Dresden, attenting the wedding of my cousin. That means I'll have limited internet access and won't be active that much.

Let me know if there's anything new or interesting via PM (only Ash related stuff, of course).

:)

Project Phoenix needs opinions on the incorporation of the Ruthless background into Shepard's backstory.

How do Project Phoenix group members feel about a triple combination backstory?

Discuss!

Ash takes no crap from anybody! I'd imagine she'd be a great leader either of the Normandy or in some other position in the Alliance after the war but yea she's a hardass you would not want to annoy herImage IPB

Vega: Okay ... what Loco, Bones, Metalhead and ... hey LC!
Ashley: At ease. What's up, James?
Vega: Everything is fine, Ma'am.
Ashley: I just heard you talking to yourself. Mind to tell me about those nicknames?
Vega: Sure. Loco is Shepard. Because whatever he does it's usually insane - loco. Fits perfectly. I have an habbit to give people nicknames.
Ashley: Guess "Bones" is Dr. Chakwas then? Metalhead sounds like EDI.
Vega: Close one. EDI is right, but "Bones" ... well, nope. That's Joker. You know: "brittle bones" and such. *laughs*
Ashley: Bet you even gave Liara a nickname ...
Vega: Yeah. But I rather don't tell anyone. She's the Shadow Broker after all, and could send someone after me ...
Ashley: *snickers* she's not like that, James.
Vega: Who knows, who knows ...
Ashley: And what's about me? Any nicknames for the LC?
Vega: "LC" fits. I had another for you but ... nope. A full set, to be precise.
Ashley: I'm listening ...
Vega: Well ... first it was "Dat Ash" ... uuhh ... because of your impressive ... nevermind.
Ashley: Okay ... I guess I shouldn't ask you about that one.
Vega: Also had "Boomstick" - but only because you were talking about it all day. And "Catty Cat". Offending. Now it's LC.
Ashley: Good pick ... seems so.
Vega: Sure? It doesn't stand for "Lieutenant Commander", LC.
Ashley: No ... ?
Vega: No. But I won't tell you. *laughs*
Ashley: I know the Shadow Broker, you know ... she could embrace eternity with you and find out what I want to know.
Vega: She won't do it. But here you go. It's "Loco's Cat".
Ashley: And ... why?
Vega. You and Loco. Obvious couple is obvious. That's why, LC.
Ashley: Better keep that for yourself, Lieutenant Vega. And now - I heard someone needs to fix our equipment before the next mission - and you just volunteered.
Vega: Aye-aye, Ma'am ... *thinks* Ouch, Jimmy, ouch.

Seems like people's tastes in ME love interests vary by region, it seems from this thread at least that Ashley is popular amongst Eastern Europeans. I wonder why that is.
