You've got to upload it to photobucket or some other site that takes images, I think, then link it.

Ok I think that's worked.
As I said Ashley needs a bit of fixing around the edges, smoothed a bit but I like it, I had that image without Ash as my wallpaper for about 2 months now and I always thought it could do with Ashley in it, I tried her in her pink armour but no other photo I could find fitted in with the image like that one.

@Danny; It looks all right, the background especially looks good. But I think we've posted a better pic of Ash which would fit better instead. I can't post the exact image, but remember the "squad select" picture of Ash in her red and white jacket? That one might work better, JMO. =P

I have to agree with you Im the same way. I think Bioware not only did an awsome job on both Ashley and Miranda's appearance but also thier strong independant personalitys this combination that makes them so attractive. They are equals to Sheapard that have no trouble taking and being in control when needed,

The Ash andd Miri haters are useually the ones that have a problem with strong assertive women an think that its a "mans place" to always be in control ..... but hey women seem to find that bad boy control freak personality more attractive then genuine nice guys most of the time . hense the saying nice guys finish last

You are right, and I think you are wrong. Its not that they have problems with strong assertive women, but Ash is a very realistic women in a fictional sci-fi game, and she acts like a realistic women. A Talimancer I had a debate with once said that is why "we" hate her. Tali and Liara are a fantasy. That is why they are popular. With Ash, you have to work at the relationship. With Tali and Liara...well, they are the perfect fantasy women for all those gamer nerds out there. They offer something that people can't get in real life (and not just the alien part), while Ash represents the real world, where you must work with the relationship. Its a video game, people expect to simply be entertained and play the "hero" who gets all the love and the girl who never questions them. Its called escapism for a reason.

Mabey but i dont think that makes me "wrong" or  discounts my theory in the same way  your escapism point doesnt appy to somone that agrees with my views on Ash and Miri being attractive  for a combintion of thier apperance an thier personality combined. Yes I want the hero to  get the girl and live happily ever after but going stricly by what  you said I dont know about you but your example is not my personal idea of escapism.

Ash  and Miri have such epic personalitys  I did two seprate play thoughs of m1 and m2 with two different sheps  with differnt names and backgrounds ( to represent a differnt "parallel realitiy")  One with Ash an the other with Miranda. I am more fond of tali than I am liara  but  niether  in a romantic type way.

(sidenote ..... sadly have only managed to feel like playing m3 once with Ashley... it  just dosnt have therplay value of the other two  for a number of reason  which coul be its own post but the main ones are becase of the lack of Miranda in me3 and the endings really suck I cant start a new playthough with out thinking that where i am heading and its depressing it ruins the whole game)

Yeah, the official ending really has a way of sapping your enthusiasm. Kind of renders nearly everything you do pointless.

I just make up my own ending. Still doesn't stop me from losing enthusiasm sometimes, and the game has problems beyond the ending that impact replayability, but I've found it works if I just turn off the sound as soon as it moves to Star Brat, then quit the game as soon as I have the chance.

I'm about to start my third playthrough. I'm looking forward to it, because I get to redo Mars - and Mars is full of Ash. At least until she's nearly killed.

I can't get that Ashley pic big enough, when I copy and paste it from internet it comes up really small on my laptop so when i enlarge it it becomes fuzzy

Mars is the best mission, for me. I really like the aftermath of that whole scene, too, and how worried Shepard appeared. I thought it was awesome how different Shepard acted throughout all those cutscenes if he was a relationship with Ashley before. It showed how much she meant to him. Even when Liara visits his cabin later on Shepard can still be down in the dumps about Ash getting hurt, and we've never really saw him like that before. Guess when it comes to Ash, she's the exception.

I also liked Liara's line: "She's a soldier, like you." - Yep. She's as tough as they come. That's why I dig her.

Yeah. ME3 completely and brutally deconstructs Shepard's 'take it in stride' attitude that he's held for the last 2 games.

Earth - Vancounver in particular - is default Shepard's home, his birthplace and an intrinsic part of him and his history. In addition, It's a symbol of the trials he's managed to overcome in youth in order to obtain an extrodinarily successful, if unorthodox, career. Seeing the Reapers literally stomp it into the ground in less than five minutes has already been a crushing blow.

Seeing the woman he loves doubt him and his loyalties on Mars chips away at his emotional armor, and just when they've begun to lay the brickwork for emotional and relationship recovery (round about the Tramstation or so, after finding the Cerberus mook) Ash gets her head smashed in by a Cerberus mech. Which is techincally Shepard's fault because he hesistated, though he was more concerned about shooting Ash by accident when she's dangling by the helmet.

And as Shepard points out, Ashley is simply the latest in the line of people whom Shepard's actions have hurt or killed.

Poor Kaidan (in my games). He's the only other character I would have been happy to see Ash with if they had both been able to survive. Ashley and Kaidan are always my squad up until those fateful events

It was such a tough decision on Virmire, I liked Kaiden. I was always going to elect to save Ash, but it still didn't make the decision easy.

It's only at the prologue atm. But still, when that decision comes, it's gonna be literally down to the last second, but it will happen.
