Yeah, I was waiting on Shepard saying something, too. He said something on Mars to Liara, why not with Jacob? The way Shepard says, "Sure, I get that." when Jacob mentions that he wants a family, tells me that Shep wants that too someday, or he's thought about it before. The only way my Shepard is settling down and having a family is with Ash. She's the one. Not the damn rust bucket called the Normandy!

England will lose! I'm telling you. Although, I would like them to win.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lost :P

How about having a family with Ash on the Normandy? Spacer background for the kids :D
My Shepard would probably prefer Earth though.

Can you predict Englands result against Ukraine tomorrow? :P

My Shepard spent most of ME2 annoying the Illusive Man as much as possible, mostly by doing the opposite to what TIM wanted after letting him waffle on.

- Gave the information to the Alliance instead of Cerberus
- Kept Legion for myself
- Saved David from the Overlord project
- Kept the Prothean sphere for myself (Firwalker)
- Blew up the Collector Base

I know where my loyalyies lie....

Y'know that reminds me, what happens if you don't save David from Overlord and leave him plugged in? None of my Shepards (Even the renegades) left him plugged in.

While that does sound awesome. I think my Shepard would rather the Shepley kids be raised on the dirt (Earth). "Space is beautiful, but you can't raise a family there." ;)

Ash's family seemed to be settled on Earth when the reapers hit... Man, I would like to see their house after the war. Camp out anyone? lol

just because you like tasty food and like playing videogames (and have an crush on a video game charater), it doesn't mean you're fat. Doesn't mean you have to be a social outcast either.

Hell, I played online about 3-4 h yesterday and ate a big cheese and bacon burger today. I'm still slim and I have alot of friends and interact new people regularly IRL :)

Yea any Shepley kids would be on a planet, maybe not necessarily Earth but I don't think they'd roam round on a spaceship. Plus Ash would want to be near her family so wherever they are the Shepards would be.

Example 'except when it's frosty' MAN UP! lol

The Shepley kids will be on Earth for me. After the war, I think Shepard and Ash will be very attached to their homeworld having almost lost it. Besides, they've got a lot of cleaning up to do...

Shut up, Danny. I hate playing football when the grass is white and you're in shorts. Cold as hell. I'm not very motivated on those frosty days, I just run to stay alive lol

I too think they would live on a planet, but as you say, which planet isharder to tell. But I think they would settle down somewhere where it doesn't take to long to travel to Ash's family. Maybe as Ash herself would put it when she speeks about her family. "just a couple of light years away. Not too far away, but not close enough to just swing by" (or something like that). But I think the kids would have to get used to some space traveling.

I think Earth for my Shepard too. The Normandy tends to get roped into all sorts of suicide missions.

I would like to see them live on Earth probably somewhere out of the way but I thought maybe Earth would be a bit of a turn off cause they would want peace and quiet and as hard as that would be to come by no matter where they go, it'd be even harder...nay impossible, if they live on Earth.

Example I once played football when the grass was frozen and we didn't get the match called off so when I went for slide tackles my legs got torn apart. The shower afterwards was very painful!

Another intressting question.. What job would Sheppard have if he moved to a planet and got kids with Ash? And what would Ash be doing?

What was it Shep said to Garrus?
"After this, I thing my saving-the-gallexy-days are over"

Shepard - King of the boy scouts.
Ashley - Queen of the girl scouts.

Or... Shepard ruler of the universe.

I just want to say that I consider myself to be pretty fit (as I have to be, considering what I'm going to be doing) but you guys certainly don't help in resisting the temptation to just "indulge".. All the food talk that goes on in here. lol

Ash doesn't approve of all the fatty foods:

I could see Shepard in some sort of teaching role like training the local militia but not sure about Ash

Ashley is no housewife and I can't see her playing that role. Although when kids finally came along I think she'd be happy to stay at home and take care of the kids. But I think at first she'd stay in the military in some way, maybe just not out on the front lines as much.

I could actually see Shepard being a dynamite chef. I don't know where he'd have learned that stuff but I think he'd be great in the kitchen, much to Ashleys annoyance.

I would just make one smal adjustment to that dialog:

Shepard: Hey, Ash can you make me a sandwich?

*bullet whizzes by his head*

Shepard: I take that as a "no".

Ash: Do you remember what I said about people saying "with all due respect"?

Shepard: can't a husband ask his wife to make him a sandwish?

Ash: No sailing for you tonight, skipper..

Keep in mind that Ashley raised her three sisters. I bet she's had to change some nappies/diapers before. Nothing knew there. As for making a sandwich... that's an entirely diffierent and complex task. Which requires skill and technique. We can't have any rookies in the kitchen preparing the meals now, can we?

@Shadow; I see what you did there. "Sailing" BAHAHAHA. It's still funny lol

Try to carry 40 kg ingot, come on. After your spine got strewed into your boxers, we'll speak again.

Is that actually possible to give it to someone? Your precious Alliance ransacking your cabin, stealing your gubbins, doesn't count.

Or maybe they don't have to work.. you know.. "living on the royalties of the vids"?
But when I think about it.. don't think anyone of the crue could just sit on a sofa for the rest of there lives.

Maybe they'll start working with cherrity like every other celebs. Or maybe they'll get a totally new profession. Mechanics? Teachers? Authers?

Or just finally live for each other and their families, no?

And I fail to see how Ashley would avoid kitchen, really. Not sure whether that difference in western/eastern attitude, or something else.

Shepard: Hey Ash, what you making for dinner?
Ashley: Oh so it's my job to do the cooking is it?
Shepard whispers: Well you're the woman
Ashley; What was that skipper?
Shepard: Emm, nothing. You want me to make something?
Ashley: Knock yourself out
Half an hour later
Shepard: Oh Ashley! Dinner is served!
Ashley walks into the kitchen
Ashley: What is that delightful smell?
Shepard: That is my very own, home made beef in black bean sauce with home made noodles. Protein and carbohydrates everything you need for a tough day in the military
Ashley sits down and takes a bite
Ashley: Mmmm, that's good Shepard but...this tastes alot like the beef in black bean sauce from the local Chinese down the road
Shepard laughs nervously while looking shifty
Shepard: That's crazy Ash, this is all made by me
Ashley: Well then what are you making tomorrow?
Shepard sees a menu for an Indian restaurant sititng on the bench
Shepard: How about my famous chicken tikka masala?

And Rudy, I stand by what I said about Ash carrying the Black Widow

Doesn't that come with the whole package? I mean, even if you live for your family, you can still work? And even if you have a family, you usaly work when your kids are at kindergarden, school or whatever they may be during the day.
And what if the relatives works during the day? then you would end up, as we say here in sweden, "siting on your ass, picking lint from your umbilical" all day. (used google translate for that so migh have got it wrong, but basicly it means removing the furry stuff you get left from your shirt on your umbilical)

And maybe it's, as you say a difference in western/eastern attitude. But I don't think it's a good thing to be around your kids and partner all day, every day. Even if school and everything there's to it can be crule, it's a necesary evil to learn how to interact with people. But of course, thats just how I see it.
