That is the kind of interaction I'm still missing in ME, I want to be able to invite Ash up for a drink, or find her in the gym instead of always standing in the same spot. It would make it all feel more natural.

And do we know if character interaction will change? People moving around, instead of just standing around? You know Ash actually woring in the armory..orwhatever she'll do now she is the Lt.. That's a good question actually, what will Ash's job be like?

I believe I read somewhere that they were going to, or trying to, make things more life like... like having people move around the ship and on planets and stuff. 

Either way, it'd be a great thing to have. Say, the first time you find Ash... she's cleaning her weapons... then you go to talk to her and she's not there. She's in the mess having lunch and you join her. Then she's in the medbay for hurting her wrist by punching Grunt in the face... 

They probably would have to keep people on the same decks to make it easier. But I do hope they make them move around that deck at least. That'd be so freakin cool! lol

We don't know the specifis for character interaction, but each type of relationship (platonic and romantic) will be deeper so I'm guessing people might move around the ship? I'd say Ashw ould be in thea rmory with Jacob, giving them some funny banter about guns and maybe Shepard, I'd love for those two to be working together since they were both on Eden prime when it attacked, plus the weapons would be AWESOME with their teamwork.

Given how she behaved towards Shepard on Horizon, I can't see her taking too kindly to a Cerberus career man like Jacob.

Jacob isn't a career man for cerberus. He joined after the battl eof the citadel when the Alliance bakslid on Shepard after foiling an assasinationa ttempt on the council with miranda. They refused to recognize him so he went to Cerberus to be part of the Lazarus project. His servie was conditional so Ashley might not have a problem with that.

I feel like Jacob and Ash would get along really well.  They're both pragmatic.

Jacob was never really a favorite of mine, he didn't have that same spark that Ashley had. But that doesn't mean he deserves no appreciation.

I don't know if they'd get along right off the bat (though, would she even with any character, considering what's happened? Would there even be time to establish new relationships and patch up old ones?), but I think she could come to appreciate his idealism and straightforwardness.

I know, right? While I'm not super keen on the idea of them being a couple (an idea that may or may not be present in this cute drawing), truly they are King and Queen of underrappreciated characters. Although, based on what I've seen, poor James Vega could usurp Jacob...that's not exactly good, but there you go.

If the writing is consistent, Ash will hate Jacob.
Remember what she thought of Shepard, when she found out he's with Cerbs? Keep in mind, that Shepard had no choice, but to work for Timmy.
Now what will she say to someone, who voluntarily left the Alliance to join Cerbs? Yeah, it's not going to be pretty.
