I wonder if there is a possibilty for DLC outfits for Ashley

It worked for ME2, so yeah, why not.

But I have heard some rumors about an upcomming 10$ makeup DLC. Where players can apply eyeliner, blush & about 200 shades of lipstick onto Ashleys face, so she´s ready for combat. Oh, and there is also a can of spraypaint included, if you want to put a on Tali´s helmet.

Ashley: But you weren't fully healed to begin with anyway.
Shepard: True, but just humor me please. I think I've earned the right to be a little paranoid about my health. Especially after this damned war.
Ashley: Ok Skipper. You're right, better safe than sorry. Anyway, enough of that. Got a question for you today, Skip'.
Shepard: And here I thought you missed my manly charm.
Ashley: Oh - Always.
Shepard: Shoot.

More over, in my Fem!Shep playthrough, he isn't gay since he clearly states at least two that I remember, that Shepard is someone he loves/loved, even before the date and then outright says it again during dinner too.
