Does Liara really start talking about reproduction on her own in ME1? Or is it something you have to ask about?

I just want to be fair to the character here... If you have to ask her, complaining about it is like complaining about Kaidan "whining" about his past, even though he only does so when you ask him about it.

She mentions misconceptions about the asari being perceived as promiscuous, but she only talks details about reproduction when you request the info. I guess it's a matter of digging deeper into a character then being annoyed about what you find?

Still have to do the EC on my M!Shep/Tali save. I still have an itch to start over from ME1 on a bastard Shep so I can write Ruthless Calculus from a position of Not Just YouTube. Otherwise, Skyrim, Resident Evil 5 with the boyfriend and some Kingdoms of Amalur.

I´m doing my part in Operation Broadside, but...

Reapers + gold mode = getting surrended by 2 Banshees, 2 Brutes, 3 Maruders, 3 Cannibals & a handfuld of husks.

Yeah, my squads are getting an asskicking!  

And next week the Earth DLC is coming out with a new platinum mode. I´m too scarred to even try that one...

Yeah, I'm still playing ME. Working on a new version of my shepley paragon. Taking my time though, doing a completionist play through. Playing a little of the new Skyrim dlc as well.

I was playing Resident Evil a few nights ago but ended up quitting after getting my face eaten off by Majini's too many times. I need a good partner, Sheva doesn't have **** on Ash. LOL

And I see the dialogue I wrote is the last post on 1570, in case anyone missed it. I know I skim over the last few posts of a page sometimes.

@scotiej: How is Dawnguard? I'm still so overwhelmed by the existing content on Skyrim that layering on another story would probably make my head a'splode. What does a new version of a Shepley paragon entail? So few decisions in ME are a gray area that I barely deviate from full on Boy Scout/Girl Scout... I don't quite know why I replayed ME1 and 2 like 8 times, mostly as paragon, and barely deviated from the same decisions... NERRRRRD.

@BP93: I can see how an AI partner in RE5 would be hard. I'm having enough issues trading gear and coordinating strategy with a real person. But we have a good system: he as Chris charges in shotgunning away and me/Sheva with the sniper rifle takes down stragglers and bosses. The aggressively small inventory is a pain though.

How satisfying is ME3 multiplayer? I've never played it since I don't have a Gold account on Live. Plus without Shepard I'm like WHY BOTHER.

Dawnguard is really fun, you get a new companion character who amazingly has a lot to say about things. Really refreshing for a Bethesda game actually. It comprises about 6-8 hours of additional content, not counting side quests of which there are several. I put in a total of 100+ hours in the main game and I'm still no where near done.

As for my Paragon, I was thinking about doing more realistic choices instead of a full Paragon since a military man like Shepard wouldn't be so forgiving after various enemies suddenly decided to just give up and say that they've had a change of heart. I'm not going to be a ruthless Renegade either, I just want to be more realistic this time and see how it goes. Same here, I rarely made Renegade decisions in all three of the games, even with Kai Leng at the end, it seemed more badass to make him miss than simply break his sword.

I don´t normally play multiplayer games because I prefer a good story than shoot everyng in sight all the time, and paying monthly subscribtions for an already payed game I just find offensive.

But, I gotta say that ME3 MP is really additive, even though there is only one mode, where you try to survive through 11 waves, with enemies coming from all sides.

I can recommend it.

@scotiej: Oh cool. I pretty much just stuck with J'Zargo as a companion since he's rad. A companion with meaningful dialogue would be unique. I'm probably at around 90 hours and still screwing around. My lady elf is addicted to being thane of everywhere.

@dragon claw: Addictive, eh? I haven't been addicted to MP since my World of Warcraft pvp days years ago. Is it easy to get into? I dabbled in the beta MP before ME3 came out but I was still learning the controls and powers and everyone kept dropping outta my game. Cerberus then riddled me full of bullets and wore my ass as a hat. Good times.

If you want to stump people in a Ash racism debate, bring up political science. Every time I see somebody quote the bear and dog analogy I think, "do they know nothing about international relations?' She's merely expressing the classical realist view of international relations, where international political institutions are facades (i.e. the Citadel Council, the UN), each nation is competing against each other even if they don't openly admit it, and that when it comes down to brass knuckles, every nation will look to its own security and survival, even if it means sacrificing an ally, especially if its an ally they don't like. Just pick up a history book and you will see what I am talking bout.

@Skyrim talk: I got over 200 hours logged into Skyrim with my main character (Imperial), and I am not even done the main quest yet XD

I also got a neat head canon for my character, who really hates the Thalmor and worships Talos but he is loyal to the Empire and its Army. Planing to finish off the main quest, join the Companions, then Dark Brotherhood...and then Dawngaurd to finish everything off. A lot to get done still.

Exactly, Spitfire. Every country cares only about own interests. And all this fairytales about helping in conflicts, fighting with terrorism or nuclear threat, just to hide real reasons. Politics are dirty thing, yes, especially international.
But really, you never change their opinion, they just don't want to understand. Well, I don't have problems with this, it's their point.

Yea I saw a few of those photos with Ash and Kaidan in the EC and I really wish it were so. It does sort of annoy me that I'll never have a full Kaidan experience because I'll always save Ashley. Even if I saved Kaidan it'd probably annoy me too much that he gets so much more in 3 so it'd be a lose lose situation.
