And what if Shepherd will be too aggressive and will bite Shepard, because he don't like him? For example, every time when Shepherd sees Shepard he starting to: "Rrrrrr!".
(Excuse me, but I just can't call animals "it", this is pretty strange for me. (: )

She calls our cat Cookie "her baby", treats him like one... you get it.
So consider it as a "yes".

And yeah, I think it's funny in English language you consider pets as "it" until they got a name that hints gender. Same for ships, by the way: a ship is a "it" until it got a name. The Normandy is a "she"

Shepard is going to buy Ashley a German Shepherd as a Birthday/Valentine's day present and he's going to regret it for the rest of his life. The puppy quickly becomes Ashley's baby. She'll get pissed that Shepard is a crappy father to it due to the fact that he's jealous and wants his belly rubbed too!
