Nah, I say give Kaidan his due. He's never been in anything while we've had Ash in ME1 and 3 marketting. Honestly I'd rather see Kaidan in marketting than Ash for that fact alone. He gets neglected as much as femshep used to. Plus I want to know his new rank sine we already know Ashley's new rank is Lieutenant. Maybe he's Captain Alenko? with his own badass spectre backstory like Ashley should have.

I know, I've always found the scars to be a little..freakish myself, but well it's the renegade characteristic. I feel like doing a nice gentle paragon Ash as next project. (I like how professional that word sounds..)

ehhh not really. Renegade scars were for ME2 shep since renegadey things made her scars worse while paragon stuf for surgery made them better because shepard was an incomplete project. that looks like someone branded Ashley's face.

we probavly won't see that for a few months. They've got a ton to do and probably haven't designed it yet.

This; I loved the look Femshep gave Ash when saying that too; Ashley looked a little confused (to me) though, lol.

Yes, yes they are. Everyone's got several different universes on their game and different universes have different itterations of characters. Hell my two canon Sheps are siblings and Ashley's bi in my games as well as Miranda.  i lovethat Bioware'snever had ANY character come out and specifically state their sexuality leaves tonsof room for interpretation.

Probably in Shepards Cabin, similar to pre-ilos.

Shepard: <stands, leaning against his desk> Hello Ash. Been a while. You need something?
Ash: Yea, I guess you could say that. <Moves out of doorway, activates lock when it closes>
Shepard: You look good, Ash... <Moment of silence as he takes in her appearance, he notices the symbol on her breast> looks like being a spectre agrees with you...
Ash: <moves through cabin, looking around with an unreadable expression on her face> Yea... it's a nice paycheck, I'll give you that.
Shepard: <looks at ground and sighs> I... <Hesistantly> I don't know what to say, or where to begin.
Ash: <Turns, still with an unreadable expression. Sarcastically> You're lost for words. That's a first.
Shepard: Yea, it kind of is. <Cracks Knuckles, faces Ash. He starts to speak again but is cut off> I -

I haven't been very active within the ME community lately, so a quick question:

Has the "Ashley is a racist b****" thing died down some?

There were quite a few threads popping up to debate (or to bash), and eventually I just gave up and began lurking around the Ashley Support threads only. In my general opinion, her slight prejudice seems quite.. normal, instead of being comparative to being a space **** as some people have exaggerated.

@aurora I liked the read!, but I can't see it happening...Ashley following one of Udina's ideas? Never!
and I think she wouldn't do it for personal reasons..I can see the thanks part happening though.

@Ywasibanned I don't think so, Ash haters, nor Ash lovers are going to change it seems...it looks like everybody has already made up their minds about Ash, so discussions are almost always useless. I just don't take much notice of hate threads anymore, but it seems like there is always at least one active...
I hope Mass Effect 3 can put an end to the hate (and I hope not by changing Ashley ofcourse, that would be terrible. But that is probably unlikely to happen)

I'd answer by saying that - in my opinion - she would either be there as a character witness (if Shepard is earthborn/colonist. As a spacer, it'd probably be his mama - who I would very much like to see in ME3), or as an escort/security.
