Danish army uses the MG3 (upgraded MG42)? Didn't know that - but hell, it's one of the best MGs in the world, so why not?

Now that we're at it - do you think Ashley is shooting with ancient guns in her spare time? Does she collect weapons?

We also drive around in the Leopard 2. So yeah, this is the part were you should yell "German ingenuity!" 

In that little spare time Ashley has, I don´t think she spends it on guns or military. I think she would rather be with her sisters & isolat her with poetry... And maybe she collects plushies.

Maybe you're right and Ash is less "military" as soon as she drops her armor for civilian attire. Maybe she's not that much into guns at all - she's just a tough-as-nail soldier with incredible marksman skills.

Well, more options won't hurt - but this Ashley simply is into men only, or, to be more precise, in man!Shep.

I still think Ashley's way how to "get into business" is ... perfect. She takes the lead off the battlefield and that's very tempting in my eyes. Ash takes what she needs - and gives Shepard a wonderful night.

Must say, I -really- like that idea.

Shepard and Ashley are -true- equals. You won't find a couple that feels more equal than those two, period. The other romances - well, maybe excepting Kaidan - do feel far less equal. Maybe that's why other people enjoy those romances more than Shepley, since it feels a lot easier to get in a not-fully-equal relationship.

Speaking of experience - non-equal-relationships are damaged from beginning. It may not hurt in the beginning but it causes cracks over time, which nearly destroyed my own relationship. And it's an ass full of work every day to keep it intact.
Well, I have NO experience with "true equal relationships", but Shepley gives me an idea how it looks like.
