Yeah it really was brainheart. They could hve mentioned each other in relation to Eden prime, but they missed out. To much of a chance Jacob wasn't coming to Horizon for Kim to record a line for him.

In other news I just published my first fanfic. ever! It's really short, because I'm not sure if I can write a proper story. If you can give me some feedback (should I continue writing or not, you may be frank) II would be very grateful!

Ashley and Jacob were in two different units stationed on Eden Prime. It's perfectly reasonable to assume that Jacob and Ash never saw one another on Eden Prime. (And ADL there definitely wasn't any... wink, wink, nudge, nudging goin on!! Only in the face of galactic doom was Ash willing to break regs for a romance)

Also, I think that Jacob is more of small unit guy... say two to three members at the most. He just doesn't feel very sociable.

@Telemachus; why do you figure jacob is a lonewolf? I mean I believe he usually works in a team and he's not un-social. I think could kid around very well, I'm not sure they would have a very deep friendship though.

He just always seems to be alone. No family, more than normal closed off personal life, and the corsairs which sounds like a secret agent type thing.

I wouldn't say that. He was a little close to the vest cuz Cerberus tries to get to you. Like how they had Miranda memorize everything about Shepard. I wonder if Ashley would grill Shepard to make sure Miranda got everything right while she jsut stood there rolling her eyes at the weird stuff Ashley begins to ask Shepard.

Ash: what's my favorite breakfast food?
Shep: pancakes
Ash: my favorite weapon?
Shep: spectre Assualt Rifle
Ash: middle name
Shep: gertrude

yup. He's the armory chief soo he needs to know what weapons everyone uses so I'm guessing they go to the armory after the debreifing so he can outfit them. I'd love to see ashley and Jacob have armory banter with gun specs. It would make me happy. (in the pants >.>)

also something a few friends and I just thought off. For some interrupts the LI (in this casebeing Ashley) doing a renegade or paragon action. Say someone's badmouthing Shep then the interrupt apepars and Ashley punches them out to defend Shepard's honor. That'd be great right?
