<< i like vegas charecter. but tbh i really dont think he and ash would ever get togther in a real relationship. vega seems to have the utmost respect for ashley as his commanding officer and we all know how ash is about regs. shepard was a special case, she fell in love with him and allowed herself a break.

Plus, Vega's a brainless chimp. Hey, the character is fun, but he even admits he's not much on the thinking. And say what you will about Ash, but she's an intelligent lady and would require the same.

And yes, Shep's smart, in spite of some of the things he says...
