Hey Ash-fans! I was wondering if you could help me with something.
*Extremely minor spoiler alert*
Does anyone know if there's footage out there of Ash on the Rachni and Turian Platoon missions? I believe it's possible to take her on them if you only do one before Tuchunka and hold off the other until she's aboard. I was wondering if she makes any interesting comments.
Furthermore, I've heard rumours of an Ash/Tali dialogue that takes place on board the Normandy after the Bomb mission - can anyone confirm?
The completionist in me always insists that I do these missions prior to Tuchunka, but, well, Ash is short enough on dialogue as it is...

My cousin's called "Dane" totally random...
it would have either been tali or liara in my playthrough. on one hand liara has way to much screen time in ME3 and it gets annoying after awhile. but tali was so boring in ME1 that she makes a good case for bomb duty aswell.krukow wrote...

Liara could totally guard a bomb...

Thanks! I'll look that up, I've never taken ash to fight the rachni.
And fellow fans of team Milky Way are always welcome. I think we all agree we'd save both if we could.
Liara could totally guard a bomb...

HA! yea! love that part aswell.sporeaddict101 wrote...
I love her "With all due respect Commander!" line. Its so Ashley...
But what it really means is, kiss my a** Commander I'm going with you
Well, for someone who hates that line, Ash has a tendency to use it from time to time ...sporeaddict101 wrote...

^ that last pic ... poor Ash. She doesn't want him to go, knowing Shepard won't make it through.
I wonder what she was thinking in those last seconds.
Kinda glad the EC ended that extra scene. It has more emotional impact than the farewell scene in London.

P-shaw. Your Shepard maybe. My Shepard shot the tube, walking into the explosion to show his utter awesomeness, then was so unmoved by all the exploding that he laid down to take a nap in the rubble, then he woke up later and was waiting for the Normandy.
FACT.
CANON.

Why? They left via FTL, they can get back pretty quickly. I mean, I guess they stayed on Gilligan's planet for a bit to do the ceremony, but it's not like the Normandy needed repairing (retcon: no more holes in the hull or exploded nacells). And I doubt it took people long to find Shep, anyone and everyone probably swarmed the citadel soon after to look for survivors/figure out what happened. I would expect 2 days at the LONGEST.CptData wrote...

But Ash doesn't know it in that moment.
Besides that, between the end of the war and the reunion several weeks, maybe months have passed. Unless someone sends Ash a mail later, she doesn't know he's still alive. She just believes he survived in the High-EMS Destruction Ending.

Hmm, depends on the damage of the Normandy. Plus: EDI is no longer functional. It'll take some days to repair most damage caused by the battle and the crash on the planet. Maybe the ship isn't able to travel at maximum FTL speed, increasing time to head home.
Okay, let's say a month at maximum. Shepard is found much earlier, just hours after the end of the war, maybe even earlier. But I guess there's not much left of communication systems at the beginning so I doubt they can contact the Normandy, telling the crew Shepard is still alive.
So yeah, I'd like to keep my headcanon that way
