The story begins with an operation to take down a Cerberus cruiser, which succeeds with casualties. After that, Ash gets drafted into an Alliance plan to take down Cerberus. It's essentially a bit of backstory for Ashley's eventual appearance at the start of ME3, which will explain her suspicion and hyper-alertness regarding them at the beginning. In essence, explaining her transformation from the more easy going Gunnery Chief of ME1 into the cold Razor we see later.

Okay, I just got finished watching BROCK~~ make Hunter tap (male ballet in the house, yo!) and I'm a bit buzzed, and this thread needs more Ash!

You know why Ash is awesome? Because she's a tank. Seriously, that's her use as a squaddie, and she's the only female character in any game I can think of that's a tank. Maybe Rogue in the X-Men games for xbox.

Ash kickes ass and never dies, and you cannot say that about any other female squaddie. Even Miri dies all the time if you don't keep her in cover...

Very Cool !  here is hoping that  bio  comes out with  character specfic romance /quest  dlcs . Liara got shadow broker  ..... but then  she   bio's favorite.......losing hope that  they will do that for anyone else.

Damn, Razor describes your version of her well. It takes her natural realism to a whole new level.
