LOL maybe Shepard's in the doghouse...

Anderson: So how was sleeping on the couch last night?
Shepard: Terrible! And I don't even know what I did! She's just mad at me for no good reason.
Anderson: I know that feeling..
Garrus: Nobody ever asks how I slept the night before.
Ash: Shut up, Garrus.
Garrus: OK Shepard... fess up. What'd did you do? Williams is practically foaming at the mouth.
Shepard: I...uhhh..
Coats: Oh! Would you look at that, we're at the destination. Time to go everyone!

Also, that's the best tumblr ever. ^

Thanks Dragon but what's wrong with your mood? What happened?

A couple of months ago I signed on to a 6 weeks workshop in "international communications" which starts next week. Problem is, I just got the final forms yesterday because of a sloppy administrator, which I quickly sent to a 2nd party (requirement) today. But they can´t tell me, if my wish is granted or not until friday, because they are drowning in paperwork. So I don´t know if I´ve missed my chance to start on time, maybe never or what...

And that ****** me off, when I´ve done everything correctly on my part.   :(

Ouch... Sorry to hear thatPosted Image Hope it works out for you. Let us know what happens.

I think, Dragon, BE simply wants the full set of Ashley sisters in his squad.

My squad comes with two ladies, a sniping Aurora and a still-missing AMW ^^

PS: Hmm, dunno about muscle-women. I prefer the girls athletic but not being bodybuilders :P

I can live with the "no Ashley" - but the "big girl"? Nah ... <_<
That reminds me that you're the guy with the Claymore and I'm the one with a grossbow. How about a duell at 20 yards? :innocent:

Real men don't outlive smart men :D
And I asked just for AMW and Aurora in my team, both are most likely no red-haired weightlifters

Mind if I give a combat perspective on Ashley. Why I like her as a squadmate.

Whilst other characters bring great strengths to the battlefield, there is only one expert at killing geth.
Here is someone who sees killing Geth as the ultimate cure to a headache (reference to something she says in a lift in Mass Effect 1).

Combine marksman (which is a bit like adrenaline rush but with more focus on accuracy and weapon stability) with disruptor ammo and voila those geth are going down.

For armoured geth, she has an inferno grenade that will melt that armour in seconds and when enemies are beginning to surround you she has concussive shot.

In addition, you can easily set up tech bursts with Ashley on your side. Get her to shoot a foe, and then finish them off with any offensive power, (examples include, concussive shot, carnage, proximity mine, warp, throw, shockwave, incinerate, overload, energy drain etc).

Want someone who can take out those pesky snipers, well Ashley is equipped for the job with her superior sniping marksmanship.

What about synergy? Well aside from setting up and detonating her own tech bursts, Ashley can grant the entire squad her disruptor ammo.

While she lacks the tanking of James Vega, she can blitz storm any enemy (especially geth). Shields and barriers don't stand a chance.

Recomended weapons:

Assault Rifle: Revenant or particle beam.
Sniper Rifle: Black widow or Javelin.

If you wish to pick a bonus power for Comander Shepard, only Ashley Williams can teach you these abilities.

Inferno Grenade: For if you want some more grenades to add to your current stock or if you're playing vanguard or engineer, these will come in handy.
Marksman: I don't know why soldier players pick this ability (they have adrenaline rush), but for all other classes, this is a fantastic power to really add diversity to game play. Turn any class into a comando. All of a sudden, you can fill the soldier slot and bring your unique powers to the fray.

Hey, do you remeber those guys that started the Romance DLC thread? Well, they just finished their survey

you can find it here, under the 'survey' tab.

http://me3cosmiclove.wordpress.com/

They even have a separate file for the comments, though to be honest it gets a bit depressing when reading a section about Ashley :/

@kalikilic, that was some GREAT dialogue for that picture. I liked how Ashley stayed cool throughout the whole thing no matter how angry she was. And I'm glad you didn't make her shoot the guy right in his thick skull at the end. Ashley's not that renegade, to me.. She tried to tell him the ugly truth, but he wouldn't listen (indoctrinated no doubt). IMO, she is stealthier, smoother, cooler, more collective (like you described her) in ME3. I think she is more reasonable than ruthless. Some may disagree and that's ok. But to me she was, you could say, just more grown up. She went from a trigger happy Gunnery Chief wanting to kill something, to a calmer more mellow, planned out Lt. Commander. Now I'm not saying Ashley doesn't want to kill anything, or not be stubborn :), I'm saying she does all those things more maturely....if that makes sense :/. And over two years of mourning Shepard, being promoted, I can understand all her changes.
Sorry this branched out on my bland opinion of Ashley :P

thanks for reading. when i saw the pic and the poster who said the crashed car begs for dialogue, i said hey what the hell, i havent written any piece of literature in a long long long time. especially where mass effect is concerned. so i'll give it a shot. it came out this short because i was cleaning all day and i was pretty tired by the time i got to turn the pc on, and i figured too, it's just a dialogue for a picture so it doesnt have to be long. my only other mass effect piece can be found in the ashley & friends - dialogue and fan fic group in The Captain's Cabin discussion topic

http://social.biowar...sion/19150/&p=2

just look for my name and the huge post following.

i really took my time with that one and had set out to do it, as Data had said that they might've tried resurrecting the group. You may want to set aside some time to read that cuz it's a bit long, that is, if you want to read it. not even sure if Data read it, but that's kewl. you can PM if you have comments or just reply right here.

Well, tbh, BW did really everything to put Ash down to someone you can only like if you know her from ME1 - and even then it's hard.

Facts?

Ashfans from ME1 left her since she provided nothing new and called Shepard out for most of the game without redeeming herself.

New guys from ME2/ME3 never found out why Ash is hitting them that hard. Also there's no real buildup to hook up with Ash.

So old fans are leaving and Ash can't win new fans. Results: well known.

Yeah no problem I love reading dialogues and stories about Ash and Shep. Oh wow I didn't know you wrote that! I read that a while ago and absolutely loved it! Yeah I read Captains VS DLC I think it was, and saw a link to the group. I also read Auroras dialogue which was pretty awesome too. I guess I didn't recognize your name :P But I really loved it. It gave Shepard the chance to speak up a more about what he was really feeling and it went into Ashley's thoughts over the whole situation. I really liked the dialogue between them. It flowed nicely and was appropriate at their level of relationship. By appropriate I mean it wasn't so raunchy or too light, it was just right. All that Shepard said, was what I wanted him to say. That's what I always thought my Shepard was thinking, and Ashley too. I wish it could have been what happened x). Don't get me wrong, what we got was awesome, and I'm totally happy with it, but it could've been so much stronger if it was a slight (shorter) variation of what you wrote. Just so it could fit in the game better. Excellent, ecellent job on that one, and I'll definitely read it again. If you do anymore, I would love  to read more of your writing :D And honestly, it's my fave out of all the stories I've read :) Sorry this is long...
