Edit:So watching Q&A and some characters will have casual outfits, but who? Well it gives hope
Re-edit: actually thinking about it, the outfit we have seen will probably be what they means with 'casual' -slightly less hope now..

So... The new interview with Casey he talked a little about Kaidan and Ashley.

Only saying that she's/he's a major character and that they'll be a big part of the story line in ME3 along with Liara. Big role! Hell yes.

You know it would be really awesome if your squaddies will be more than squaddies, so that close to the ending Ashley could have her own squad or ship, These people are not on Sheps team for nothing, they are great at what they do and they should get some recognition for it. So I hope that some of them will get their own big part in the big ending battle (assuming their is one).
So yeah, just putting that out there..lol.

If Ash is a big part of the story then we've got a good chance of sorting things out with her in 3. ROMANCE CONTINUATION HELL YEAH.

I forget who said it, but apparently depending on your romance and choices in game. Shepard will have a satisfying ending with him/her.

It'd be neat if Shep and Ash teamed up as Spectres after the game. That's some serious badness.

Obviously I can't see her dropping her career this young to get married and pop out baby Sheps. That's Liara duty god dammit!

Well... even a "bad" end like in "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" would be pretty cool. Shep & Ash kicking some Reaper ass till the end

Though i think she would make a great mother but I doubt she would settle down, she is a career military woman for life.

Think about it. Years after the war, all the old squadies are away doing their own thing, but Shep and Ash are together on the Normandy, still kicking ass across the galaxy. Best damn double team in the history of forever. lol

No threesome for my Shep. He's faithful to Ash. I'm talking about the Liara romance. That's the only romance I see that can have babies. Since most of the fans want it.

I have pictured Ash and Shep's future together. And... it is oh so awesome.

That ending left my like: "Wait..so it's over?" weird blend between feeling like laughing and sadness...If they'ld had to go down that's the way I want them to go, not like ME2 wouldn't be fitting for the end of a trilogy.


Actually I could picture Ash as a mum, but she wouldn't retire, just take a break...actually, Badpie's fanfic "the surprise" makes it very believable. (I wonder if I'll get paid for this promotion... )

I knew Kaidan and Ashley would be a big part of the story. They were held out of Me2 so that they couldn't die no matter what happened on the SM because they were guarenteed to make it to ME3 along with Liara. It'd suck of the VS ahd been able to die on the SM in ME2 then we'd all be pissed and there'd be pics of them dying it up. Now it just remains to see if they can survive the Reaper war which they should be able to with the wide Range of endings the game can have. gotta love Bioware and their variables.

I think Ash would be a fun mum. You know the kind that really teases their kid and gets down for a scrap.

I actually think she would leave the Alliance, ONLY if she had a kid. She completed what she set out to do and her family's name is no longer black listed.

I don't see her leaving the Alliance any other way though.

That's true. I still think we should have got at least another conversation with the VS after Horizon though, just to patch things up. But hey, maybe BioWare's got something special cooked up for ME3.

Finesse-y? Ther'es nothing finesse about pick someone up and slamming them into the ground or throwing them into their commarades. Curhsing people into tiny blocks of meat, or throwing them into orbit. I doubt Ashley would appreciate you calling My Mshep finesse-y since she's rather protective of her man.

Wasn't that the plan for ME3? The romance is "finished" after the two years and we have to reignite it. As long as we don't have to wait till the endfight to make it up with her I'm fine with that idea

Not necessarily...

big role could mean anything really.... could be integral to the story and thus become a villian or another Saren to Shepard. 

but that's just me being pessimistic as usual. haha

@ADL You're right that adept isn'tvery finesse-y, but nothing is quite as in you're face as vanguard(like, literally) And that suits Ash very well I think.

She loves family though... and just b/c you have kids doesn't mean you can't continue your career... Ash was a military brat after all.

I'd say in quite a few years... she would definitely want some little shepley's.
