It's not about "too much". It's about that thin line between attractive and repulsive. ME3 Ash designer crossed that line. If you like synthetic, photoshopped, overdosed in make-up ladies - fine, it's you preference.

I don't know for Dragon, but I've seen what people were doing with Operation Flashpoint animation editor (it sucked, royally and sideways).

I'm actually trying to get to know him as I replay ME1 right now.  I've never bothered (my first playthrough I ignored him because [CARTH], and then after that because [VIRMIRE]), so I'm making an attempt to see if he's cool or not.

Still gonna virmire him though because [ASHLEY].

i am. its supposed to add in more sqaud dialogue. so ash should have some things to say. i plan on takeing ash and garrus and if she has any ill runthrough it a few times with ash and rotate between javik  and EDI. those are three charecters she barely speaks to. see if the ME team fixed that.
