Liara's a tad taller - around 140 cm.
But really, bioware fcuked up all proportions. SR1 fuselage width outside - 8 metres, tops, inside - at least 26. And there were no light-coloured painting to make it look larger! Length is a bit harder to measure directly, but cross-sections suggests they fcuked up it as well. Should Normandy outer size follows inner size, that would be a HUGE ship. And not as beautiful.
Ow, and if memory serves, alliance engineers put war room not just on top of drive core, but partially inside drive core, if my overlays were correct.
"Devil in the details", or what's the saying?

I had the same feeling when exploring the Normandy for the first time (ME3) that the war room was overlaping the drive core

@Rudy: The Blue screening part is particularly annoying but I think its in place so some textures on the Normandy can load

and I agree they should have keep both the Lab and Armoury and replaced the conference room with the war room instead

Well most of the time I love it but I do get the odd feeling that his gonna jump out of the screen, stick a knife in my mouth and say "why so serious"

@Rudy
I can't say for certain, but I heard it's because every time you cross it, your war assets are recalculated. That's why it takes longer to go to the war room than it does to leave.
