Isn't that like... normal tech oil?

Not exactly and not always. They have different additives, different viscosity and properities.

Can you use synthetic (only synthetic, no mineral) automotive oils to clean and lube guns? Yes, I did that. Will the be better than gun-specific? Depends on lube, condition of use (temperature, humidity, amount of particles in the air, to name a few), frequency of use (pistol usually fired less frequently than machine gun on tri-pod, especially high-calibre machine gun), ammo type (some may produce more carbon foul, some less, some generate more heat, others don't), gun type (piston, direct impingement, blowback)... Simply put, it is equation with a lot of variables.

Liara's a tad taller - around 140 cm.
But really, bioware fcuked up all proportions. SR1 fuselage width outside - 8 metres, tops, inside - at least 26. And there were no light-coloured painting to make it look larger! Length is a bit harder to measure directly, but cross-sections suggests they fcuked up it as well. Should Normandy outer size follows inner size, that would be a HUGE ship. And not as beautiful.
Ow, and if memory serves, alliance engineers put war room not just on top of drive core, but partially inside drive core, if my overlays were correct.
"Devil in the details", or what's the saying?

I had the same feeling when exploring the Normandy for the first time (ME3) that the war room was overlaping the drive core :o

TBH, I don't get purpose of placing war room where it is. Plus that blue screen - "saving memory much"? How's the BF3 then works on consoles?
IMHO they should place war room inbetween lab and armoury, where old comm room was.
Pfeh. "Darkness to preserve night vision and create overall mood". To hide army of Traynor/Adams clones ans overall sloppy work!Posted Image

I'm not even angry. I'm being so sincere right now.

P.S. Nice av, by the way.

Well most of the time I love it but I do get the odd feeling that his gonna jump out of the screen, stick a knife in my mouth and say "why so serious" :o

@Rudy: The Blue screening part is particularly annoying but I think its in place so some textures on the Normandy can load and I agree they should have keep both the Lab and Armoury and replaced the conference room with the war room instead

Load textures? You mean those blurry low-res textures now filling game EVERYWHERE?
I have PC capable to handle BF3 on ultra on any map or ArmA2 with highest settings and 10 km visibility (some heavy battles add load and cut FPS, I admit, even with some OFP-old tricks) and I have to "enjoy" this non-sense? "Oh, light rays!" Can't remember when I saw them first time. But I'm sure I saw them in Far Cry 2. Console game, open world, saving memory much?Posted Image

Well, armoury in lower deck is a bit odd for me.

I can't say for certain, but I heard it's because every time you cross it, your war assets are recalculated. That's why it takes longer to go to the war room than it does to leave.

I wasn't been able to notice any difference whether on moving in, or moving out, i.e. pause is the same (yes, I used stopwatch for thatPosted Image). It look shorter to get out because of frame movement, IMHO.

Oh, and since I promised that to Data:
