48 minutes to multiplayer operation would be great if they did a dlc where you could play as the squad mates

I have another idea for multiplayer/skirmish.
You have your multiplayer/skirmish team listening to briefing told to you by your Shepard (to each gamer in mutiplayer it will be his own, taken from specified save, munis "romanced ones", to prevent "going commando" literally). When you launch that N7 mission in single - you see your MP character and character of your friends from MP or skirmish characters.
Of course, existing N7 maps should be reworked for that - they should be bigger and be story-based, not "wave-based". For example, you have short amount of time to complete task, after which you have to withdraw, even on Narrative, due really overwhelming odds (enemies with plot-piercing ammo). Also, maps and tasks should be designed that way, so it is absolutely impossible to achieve both goals. And reduce amount of enemies you kills, because 3 vs 1500 that's a little bit off, especially that ~600 of them supposedly best fighting force in the Galaxy.

But I digress. For example, Skirmish/multiplayer team performs as distraction team and "do a hooligan" on one part of the map, while single-player Shepard doing his job on another (or vice versa). Sort of what happened on Virmire - you play mission as Shepard and as salarians. Only without forced need to leave someone behind.

For adrenaline-junkies hardcore mode could be implemented (wave Diablo) - your character killed in Skirmish/Multiplayer is dead for good. To compensate that, equipment opens for "team", not individual.
Just a sketch, of course, but IMHO that would create better bond between SP and MP.

hahaha I meant as a kill option like the airlock is for Vega apparently.

Hands off Vega!
He and Garrus were my most used team - because we shoot and don't fcuk around with "blehotics". Unless they forced on us - why do you need prothean expert when your own character is fcuking one?! To tell us "as much as you already know"?

Also thanks for the fix Dragon claw. Homphobia is not acceptable, especially when you complain about someone mentioning a dead spouse when you ask them about their family. Rude.

So every other time it's acceptable?

It's actually not acceptable at all and is more heinous when you ask someone about their love life and hate on it. and no example that's not homophobia.your sarcasm sucks. Ashley expects better sass from her fans :)

I'll admit, the renegade responses to Cortez are pretty hilarious. But then again, most of the renegade responses are, even to Ashley. Denying her to join the Normandy when she wants to come back... Ouch. Shepard can be a real **** in ME3.

BUT NOPE CAN'T BE MEAN TO ANY OF THE GAY CHARACTERS WITHOUT REPRIMAND

At least you learned.=]

your Shepard can be a renegade douche bag to any and everyone they come across, but you being personally disgusted about Cortexz Mentioning he ahd a husband, who he watched get taken by the collectors when you ask him about his family life, is rude and incredibly ignorant. It's not shoving homosexuality at you, it's his factual family life which is just as acceptable as your sheprd talking about his time with Ashley in ME1 when asked about having someone special.

Eh, I will admit the Cortez crying thing was a bit annoying (would have been if it was his wife too). It's been six months and Earth is on fire. Maybe now's not the time to listen to old vids and cry it out.

But everyone's different, and that's just how he's dealing with it. Plus he lets us know that vega likes grizzley bears. That's hilarious.

And Dragon_Claw, Ashley isn't taking up karate, she invented karate, then sent the knowledge back through time to share with the rest of us. Get it right yo.

It never had anything to do with him being gay so quit shoving your morals down everyone's throat. It had to do with poor writing. Traynor was written well with build up to her "reveal" but Cortez just blurts it out like you were already expected to know. That's where my problem was.

That doesn't make it homophobic or make me a homophobe. Its called a contradicting opinion to something. Its not like I'm telling him to get off my ship just because he likes dudes.

@Dragon... Ash is proficient in Marine hand-to-hand. Sarah is the karate gal.

I want a sparring match with Ash. Screw Vega.

him "blurting it out" like Shepard blurts out being with Ashley or having feelings for her to Kelly is the way the Me universe is. You don't have to hide who you're with and Cortez said "I had a husband" as normally as a female character would in today's shows if she was a widow. It's not like He starting bleeding rainbows or the word husband wafted from his mouth with a rainbow colored gas like in the cartoons. He said is as casually as possible when asked about his family by his commanding officer. it should also be noted that his romance doesn't evne start until he's over his deceased husband and that's where the writing is outstanding for him. I also like that when you mention the girls o the dance floor he says it's good to have you out of the way so he doesn't have to compete with you for guys. Ultimate pilot Bro, Sorry Joker.

Well, in that case I wished it was Kung Fu she invented instead. Because I keep messing up my Spinning bird kick, and all my funiture is demolished...

@krukow... I was thinking along the lines of sparring match then the romance scene. After all, there's nothing quite like makeup sex.

Well, I don't know how it is called in your politically correct world, we simple people here, but it is normal for soldiers to cry about their fallen comrade, it is normal for, not sure how you name them, dog guide, trainer, cynologist? Soldier, who work with dog, so it's normal for them to cry about their working dogs who died or being killed, but it's abnormal to cry for a person you love? HTF is that? Who cares how much time passed?

krukow wrote...

If not now then when? World is collapsing, nobody knows what will be in future, will you have a chance to look at all?

Apparently there are not enough portable devices with headphones to hide into some dark corner and cry without being noticed. Pfeh, once again I'm saying out loud - fcuk that future!

Plus Liara cried too, damn hypocrite, footballer avatar, ready to dive after slightest push: "I scratch my nail, gaaah, da pain!" Look and Grunt - he's like rugby player, all scarred, covered by blood from huge laceration across half of his face during face-to-face collision, barely holding on his feet, but asks "Coach, if i slap some bandage and replace uniform, can I go back in the fields and play with boys?"
That's the spirit!
"There is a person". For magnum's sake, each cannibal and brute are two persons, you plot-armoured hypocrite.

Ehm, actually not. Vega hinted on that. And I think twice. And I think both times before that scene (well, maybe one was after).
As for Traynor, I disagree. Not about "reveal" (though about it too - that phrase about EDI's voice was about as hinting as elephant pooping in your aquarium) - haven't played as FemShep and haven't pursuited that branch in dialogue, plus I don't like that character. Not because she's gay - she's not, she boring as hell, one joke about lobbing grenade on krogan.

Rudy, I know you like annoying people, but I literally, LITERALLY, wrote this right after:
"But everyone's different, and that's just how he's dealing with it. Plus he lets us know that vega likes grizzley bears. That's hilarious."

Same post and everything.

I personally don't think right then was the right time for Cortez to be revisiting that, but I allowed to that everyone grieves differently.

I don't like annoying people.
And I don't like to annoy people, if that was what you wanted to say.

I'm just saying what I'm thinking. Sometimes I hide that behind joke, to not offend gentle feelings of western people, but that's it. If you don't like me (in general) doing so, just ask, I'll stop.

Yes, I read that part, but I needed previous one as foundation to my reply.
You see, when I quite someone, it doesn't mean I object person I quited (nor that means that I always agree, until I said so). Sometimes, his phrase allows me to express myself better, mostly because of existing foundation, just to avoid saying what he said. Sometimes I'm just interested in certain question and like to hear asnwer. Most of the time it's just voice in the wilderness, I admit, but that's all.
I don't argue with you, don't object you. Of course I cannot always concur with you, but I wonder, if I haven't used your post as part of quote, what would you say?
And not, I'm not trolling. I don't get purpose of this action. Nor draw pleasure.

Well what you expect, 99% of events are enforced on us to prevent us "missing" that. Really, seeing this I only begin to love Witcher even more. Well, maybe total story arch was shorter, but we have two of them. Different ones. And you can miss things.

Do you think Shepard might have taughter her a think or two from the N7 courses? I think he might have.

I think that S/he, (especially as an Earthborn) favours an improvised/mixed style... mine do at least. Forces on parrying and redirecting blows to make openings for the centre... though if the oppenent inquestion is off guard, my fem-shep is fond of doing scissor take downs. Bro!Shep just prefers to punch them out...

Reminds me of saying quite a widespread in military during my service:
- To engage someone in hand-to-hand fight, you have to squander your rifle, pistol, shovel, bayonet/knife, helmet, canteen, mess kit, belt, find clear, even spot of terrain and find similar slob who did exactly the same, then engage him in hand-to-hand fight.

Wouldn't mind a spar with Ash. Or some kind of scene like that, maybe she can work off some of her anger (at him being killed, not him going to Cerberus) while she fills him in on last 2 1/2 years.

+1

You can't deny the woman had a little anger built up inside of her that she would have loved to dish out at the beginning of the game.
